Hi Hi Hi
All You Horse Riders
FlyingHints:
* I chose this picture rather than the Twist And Shout EP cover photo because Ringo looks like he might he have one foot on the ground in the Twist And Shout picture.
* Paul song, released after 1990.
I wonder if there’s more of a clue in the first hint than has been noticed…
“Doesn’t take a lot to get Off The Ground …”

Maybe a little on the easy side, but there’s quite a large number of Paul solo (or with Wings, etc.) songs.
Anyway, you got it, @Ron Nasty!
Incidentally this photo, which was taken by Dezo Hoffmann on 25 March 1963 at Allerton Golf Course in Liverpool, was later rearranged for the Love album logo. The original left-to-right order of John, Ringo, George, Paul was changed to Ringo, Paul, John, George.
Here’s an article about it:
The Beatles Iconic Jump Photo Used For ‘Love’ Album’
One section of that article needs some modification: “Many people have assumed that the jump photo was taken from The Beatles ‘Twist & Shout’ single but that photo was taken on a different day at a different location most likely Sefton Park.” In fact, the Twist And Shout photo was taken by Fiona Adams at the corner of Euston Road and North Gower Street in London – not Sefton Park, Liverpool.

Welcome back, @sigh butterfly!
That answer seems so obvious after it’s revealed, which is often the sign of a great puzzle.
I believe the ball is in your court @Richard (unless @Ron Nasty wants a go).
Would you like to post, @Ron Nasty, or I would be happy to post a new puzzle if you prefer?

Apologies for delay. I’ve been a coughing runny-nosed sleepy mess the past few days. I don’t do good in the cold. Happy for you to go ahead @Richard.

You got it, @Richard. @Ron Nasty and I had a fun day trip to Bletchley Park a few years ago.
On a computer, not a phone, Google Bletchley Park and watch the letters/words under the little map tile in the top right.
