Bracket 1: A Hard Day’s Night . I’m Happy… isn’t a brilliant song but it’s ok. AHDN beats it.
Bracket 2: I Want To Tell You . How could you not like such a cool song?
Bracket 3: I’ve Just Seen A Face . Very, very close, found it very hard to choose this one.
Bracket 4: You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away . Don’t like Within You Without You (sorry George), this is an easy one
Bracket 5: Got To Get You Into My Life . Another tough one, Long Long Long is much better musically but Got To Get puts a smile on my face

Offline Why the hell did The Word win that’s such a blah song compared to Can’t Buy Me Love , yiz are all freaks!!
1. A Hard Day’s Night , which is really cruel because I do like IHJTD as it’s so cute.
2. Two Of Us – lovely song and I don’t care much for IWTTY
3. I’ve Just Seen A Face – it’s in my top 5 Beatles’ songs, absolute bop of a tune, leaves practically everything in the dust.
4. You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away – really love this folksy track, probably in my top 10 Beatles’ songs.
5. Got To Get You Into My Life – happy, cheery
6. For No One – one of my favourite Beatle songs to sing, it’s trickier than you think.
7. The Fool On The Hill – purely because the single version of LIB is trash compared to the album version
8. Ticket To Ride – I prefer Julia to MNS and I really like TTR so would prefer to have both of those over MNS

Offline A little tighter race this round. Most of these songs lie in the mid-range of my appreciation, so the match-ups are fairly equal in my mind.
1. AHDN …if for no other reason than Clang!
2. 2…one of my faves from LIB
3. HTnE…maybe a nod to Revolver over Help ! more than the relative merits of the songs
4. You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away …unfortunate “bias” against WYWY that lingers from when I was a kid and not musically open-minded yet
5. Got To Get…top 20 song for me
6. 4No1… simple heartfelt message
7. Fool…a toss-up
8. TTR…stop worrying!

You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away – Tough choice but YGTHYLA is ahead of it’s time.
Got To Get You Into My Life – Another random George song that I constantly forget is gonna lose vs most anything for me.
For No One – FNO is one of the greatest songs to ever exist
Fool On The Hill – The anthology version is better though
Ticket To Ride – Closer than most but I generally like the early sound better.

3. Here, There And Everywhere (this was a really tough one because they’re both in my like top favorite Beatles songs but I gotta go with HT&E, she’s just slightly more dear to me than IJSAF)
4. You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away (I really do love emo Bob Dylan Lennon)
5. Got To Get You Into My Life (don’t get me wrong I love Long Long Long and I think its a very underrated and gorgeous song bc I’m a sucker for the slow sappy stuff, see #3, but like GTGYIML is such a wonderful song overall and is just so cheery and Paul’s getting all worked up over how much he loves weed which is relatable ngl but anyhoo)
6. For No One (masterpiece. period.)
7. The Fool On The Hill (I almost said LIB but then I was like “Oh its the single version oof” and also FOTH is a blast and I like those flutes *blasts recorder*)
