My little sister's watching Shake It Up, and a few minutes ago, she ran into my room and told me one of the characters mentioned “Can't Buy Me Love”. And he did. I think the episode was called Match It Up.
And in an episode of Suite Life on Deck, called Twister, the sergeant was called Sgt. Pepper (read his name tag).
And then, in an episode of Suite Life of Zak and Cody (called Rock Star In The House?), the manager of the hotel said that “some McCartney fellow” was checking in. The mother yelled “I love Paul McCartney !” until the manager said it was Jesse, not Paul. Although, I would've preferred Paul.
There was a episode of Hannah Montana called Miley In The Street With Diamonds
And an episode of Phineas and Ferb called A Hard Day's Knight.

Here's the cover (Warning; You can't unsee this): The worst thing in music.

George's guitar pick has more talent than the Jonas Brothers combined.

I noticed the other day that during the Sid's room scene in Toy Story, there is a poster on the wall that says 'Killing Paul' and it almost looked like it had a parody of the Abbey Road cover on it. But that could just be me, looking for the Beatles Here, There And Everywhere .

Ever heard Greyson Chance sing I Want To Hold Your Hand ?
I listened for a few seconds, and I think my eardrums were about to burst.

There is the famous scene with the Vultures in The Jungle Book who are based on the beatles. Supposedly Disney even approached Brian in the hope of getting the 4some to do the voices but for whatever reason it never happened.
Im not really a disney watcher truth be told.

Apparently Brian agreed to The Beatles doing the whole soundtrack without actually asking them, so when he did finally approach them John told him to tell Disney to “look for Elvis Presley instead”.
(I am getting this information off of Wikipedia so the reliability is questionable, but it makes a good little story I think.)
EDIT: And I still can't bring myself to put how I feel about that Jonas Brothers cover into words.
I think it's great you're going through a phase,

Seriously, there’s so many Disney references. I was just about to walk out the door, and my sister was watching Good Luck Charlie, and this girl (Teddy)’s boyfriend introduced his parents to her. And the parents were called Paul and Linda. That might be a reference or a coincidence.

I doubt they'd have done the whole soundtrack, because the songs were already written and they were to be sung by the voice actors. As far asI'm aware, they were just going to play the vultures and sing That's What Friends Are For.

Ok, watching a TV show with my lil bro, and on A.N.T. Farm a girl is doing a “doll pageant” (Whatever the hell that is….) and she comes out with the doll in a one-piece swimsuit and says “And this doll’s outfit is called “Give One-Piece A Chance”! I know it’s John Lennon , but I figured I’d post it anyway…

I found one: Sesame Street featured a parody band called “the Beetles”, a group of four bugs with Liverpool accents and Beatle hair performing parodies of their songs, such as “Letter B” and “Hey Food”.
(From Wikipedia)
I’ve seen the Phineas and Ferb episode mentioned earlier…the title is the only Beatles reference in the episode. But, in a later episode they form a band called the Baljeetles, a parody of the Beatles.
I remember a Drake and Josh episode from when I was younger mentioning the Beatles several times. In the episode, Drake gets a signed copy of Abbey Road from their British neighbor whose brother used to work for the Beatles. While Josh is trying to convince Drake to give the album to a friend in order to get re-invited to his party, Drake says, “No way! I love this album more than I love myself!” (Who can blame him?). After Josh’s plan backfires the signed album eventually becomes the center of the plot, as they crash their friend’s party, and go on a hunt to get the album back.
There’s also the more recent Big Time Rush special “Big Time Movie”, where references are present throughout (the movie itself is basically a spoof of “Help !). Instead of a ring, everybody is after an anti-gravity device called a
“Beetle”, which mistakenly falls into Kendall’s hands. There’s a character named Penny Lane (replacing Ahme), they parody Abbey Road , the bad guy’s henchman’s name is Maxwell, who has a silver hammer for a hand, and they sing five or six Beatles songs…and that’s not all of them.
“I was special. I always have been. Why didn't anyone notice me?"
