ooh how I love reviving old threads…

I love The Beatles with mop-tops, I prefer them over the later-Beatle hairstyles, anyway.

I just think George looked better before the mop-top:

But I still love them with mop-tops, I think Paul looks best with it:

This is it for hair for me (minus the moustaches – I’m rarely into facial hair):

I like their hair best in 1966 since it is a little wild but still mop top

I prefer georges’ shorter mop top to the 66/67 mop top. I’m sort of starting to transition from a paul fan to a george fan so maybe my opinion will change, who knows

I think they all had pretty good hair, pretty thick, but when it grew long (they all had longer hair at some point in their lives) George’s hair definitely looked the best.

My favorite quotes about their hair:

Reporter: They think your haircuts are unAmerican

John: Well, it was very observant of them because we aren’t American, actually.

Reporter: What do you call that hairstyle of yours?

George: Arthur.

Season 1, Episode 4 if I remember correctly. The early Simpsons episodes were stuff of nightmares!

I don’t know! Never saw any Simpsons episodes (not even Lisa the Vegetarian or Homer’s Barbershop Quartet) so I can’t judge. I don’t think I like the Simpsons anyway! paul-mccartney

My God :O

There are pictures of me watching The Simpsons as a 2 year old a-hard-days-night-george-10

Simpsons seasons 1-9 are genius, nearly every episode is amazing and I make Simpsons references in a lot of my posts  (my last one being yesterday- Moon Pie-what a time to be alive.)

As a child you watch it and don’t get the adult-humour references that the writers slyly put in (When the Simpsons’ house is used as a bar. Bart, the 10 year old son in the family, tells his mother Marge “Hey mom, there’s a balloon machine in the bathroom”, those things just slide over your head as an 8 year old but it’s always funny when you realized what a dirty show you were allowed to watch as a child)

So moral of the story: Watch at least one episode and get back to us!

The Simpsons up to around the end of season 8 was pretty much genius and well worth spending 22 minutes on each episode. After that the quality began to wane to the point where every episode for the last 15 years or so has become a game of “find the laugh”. At times you can go multiple seasons coming up empty handy.

Oh my god!paul-mccartney

Where did you get that brownie?

Over there!

Homer was just stupid/hungry in that scene. Most people (including me) would have been more interested in meeting George!

P.S. The Simpsons’ animations did a good replication of George’s mullet!

By hook or by crook, I'll be last in this book.
