Exactly!! PRICELESS! $40 for ALL of that was an amazing high!! Love days like that
Ah nice. One of the local stores had some Beatles t-shirts advertised for $10 a couple of weeks ago but by the time I got there all the sizes above midget had sold out and the place looked like a Beatlemania squad had been in and trashed it.

Yesterday I watched Paul on that iHeart Radio thing, and my dog watched with the whole time, and when Paul came on, she for real barked at him (because obviously she was really excited about it too).
My other dog never watches tv, but this one does. I was watching Brave once, and so was my dog, and in one part of the movie a bear jumps our and growls, and my dog cried and went and hid behind the couch.

I went to a screening of “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2,” and got to hear Paul’s “New” getting played twice – during the movie and during the credits.
I really liked it, btw – even more than the original. If you see it, definitely stay for the credits. Besides Paul’s song, there’s lots going on.

Now that is awesome publicity – even my kids’ friends will get to hear Paul now.

I was about to watch a video on youtube and all of sudden before the main part of the video this came on: Ringo: I’m Ringo and I play the drums.
Paul: Eh, oh, I’m Paul and I play the, eh, eh, bass.
George: I’m George and I play the guitar.
John: I’m John and I, too, play the guitar.I wasn’t even on a Beatle video. They know me too well.
I also drove to a street called Pepper Lane today.
But sometimes I play the fool….I listen to too many interviews

^ Haha, yeah, I love that. It’s off the first track on Live At The BBC .

I might have to go check out the film.
Today, I was looking at a picture on my husband’s facebook that he took at musical festival Saturday. It is a picture of the lead singer of one the bands was down in the crowd singing. One of the girls in the picture looks like she is on the verge of tears. One of his friends said, “LOL like those chicks over the Beatles..and Elvis!!” and another said, “Right….. that was EXACTLY where my mind went with that!”. In my mind I was thinking “Hey…I resent that! Don’t compare the two, even if it is true.” However, if it was one of The Beatles down in the crowd singing they would have gotten mauled.
I was going through my child psychology book and I got to the part about meditation. The title it says: “Mediation: With a Little Help from Your Friends”.

So today in school, my math teacher told a kid to “get back” [to their desk], and then said “track one off Let it Be.” It doesn’t sound very exciting, but it really was. My math teacher was already cool, and that made him just that much cooler.

^^ That’s very cool!
Tonight, my history of rock music class focused on Procol Harum’s “A Whiter Shade of Pale.” I remember that the night Paul and Linda met, they heard that song playing for the first time, so I’ll always think of it as the Paul and Linda song.
And today happens to be Linda’s birthday.

Actually, that does sound exciting. What a cool teacher! You can tell him I said so. And tell him to keep up the good work.
A friend took this picture and sent it to me. Hello there, John.

But… Get Back is the last track on Let It Be

Maybe he was referring to the first of the unreleased Get Back albums and got the album title mixed-up.

There is a beatles vibe on The One Show just now with the Ultimate Beatles tribute band and a feature on two fans meeting up after so many years. Ronnie Corbett is on and said he was a fan. Asked which song was a favourite he couldn’t give an answer, which is fair enough many beatles fans couldn’t, but he didn’t know I Want To Hold Your Hand .
Hmmm.

Forgot to mention my professor gave us as homework listening to the albums from Rubber Soul to Abbey Road . Done and done!
And this morning, I greeted a coworker I hadn’t seen since last week, and he said, “Didja get your McCartney fix? I saw it on TV and I knew you had be somewhere in that crowd.”

That’s an impresssive achievement. I don’t think I could recite it beyond “No. 9” and mumble some random line about being naked.
