When I was in Italy, I saw some kind of biscuit/ice cream thing called Ringo

2Q==Image Enlarger

I was watching Lana Del Ray’s video “Video Games” and while some of the footage was somebody driving- there was massive “The Beatles Now Available on iTunes” billboard, I can’t escape that bloody band!!! a-hard-days-night-george-10

I saw those Ringo’s at a supermarket too!

I just watched Flight and at one point Denzel Washington is going down in the lift with his lawyer and another guy (I missed half of the film) and there’s music. You know those midi ringtones? It sounded like that. It was With A Little Help From My Friends . Cool and subtle.

I hope they still have Ringos when I visit Italy next year.

AppleScruffJunior, THE BEATLES are here, there, and everywhere. They are in the air we breathe. Trying to escape is futile.

Yes, Linde, that guy did need help from his friends. He needed someone to kick his butt into rehab years earlier. Don’t worry about missing half of the movie. It only needed to be half as long to tell the story properly.

Two days ago I was watching/listening to The Last Waltz which I have had for years and have watched at least a dozen times and I only just noticed that Ringo pops up at the end on drums for the last song I Shall Be Released.

Nothing gets past me.    ahdn_paul_01

When I just clicked the”new” button in the “topics with unread posts” pop-up box, Paul’s new “New” song started playing in my head.

Last week I was teasing my husband Alexa Vega from the Spy Kid movie getting married. He said “So, what most of your celebrity crushes are married.” I got really quiet and started thinking about Paul. lol

And of course Glee doing The Beatles. They keep showing adverts on youtube.

My kids who are almost 12 and almost 13 are learning a lot about the Beatles heart

Today my daughter (almost 13) asked if we could give our puppy (7 months old) a middle name?  His name is Jasper, so I asked her what she thought his middle name should be?  She immediately said “Ringo”!  a-hard-days-night-ringo-6  Her brother agreed 100%, so our puppy has been christened “Jasper Ringo”!  Groovy!!  a-hard-days-night-ringo-15ahdn_ringo_09heart (Also another a-hard-days-night-ringo-6 that my kids agreed on something!!!)

Had to share this! I was on my way out of work today and I passed a work colleague and this man (who may have been slightly crazy, we have a public counter) and he was talking away at her and just as I passed them I heard him say “and Paul McCartney was there, he’d just come out of the shower, and his wife Linda was there too” and my work colleague was just nodding and smiling and clearly trying to get away(we get all sorts at my work!) I walked away smiling, the mind truly boggles, what the hell was he talking about! I must remember to ask her on Monday!

I was about to watch a video on youtube and all of sudden before the main part of the video this came on: Ringo: I’m Ringo and I play the drums.
Paul: Eh, oh, I’m Paul and I play the, eh, eh, bass.
George: I’m George and I play the guitar.
John: I’m John and I, too, play the guitar.

I wasn’t even on a Beatle video. They know me too well.a-hard-days-night-george-10

I also drove to a street called Pepper Lane today.

But she did have to pay to get that “high,” so I don’t know about it being “priceless.” a-hard-days-night-paul-11
