After the news of Berlusconi's resignation and the mounting problems with Italy's debt and the Euro were announced last week a newspaper headline read 'Bunga Low Bill” which was pretty neat.

Thankfully I saved my school from total chaos by starting a Beatles fan club there (we're 22 people strong!). 😀
A Beatles fan club? That's so cool! I was actually thinking about starting one at my school, if I could find enough people!

2 things in 2 days! Nothing really amazing, but it was exciting
In Friday, I was in the movie theater, returning from the bathroom and I hear a song that I know. I stopped walking and pointed my finger to the ceiling (like this ) and my friends looked at me like “What happened?!” I said: “LET IT BE! they're playing let it be! finally good music!” after that, they played a song by cat stevens… But the best part was when… wait, that's the end (told you wasn't that amazing haha)
And some hours ago I was in a party and it was the time when everybody was eating and suddenly I hear the harmonica (is that how you say it? google translate said it was hahaha)… the harmonica from Love Me Do ! and I looked at my friend and said: “THE BEATLES!” and I started singing Love Me Do , and in the same table in front of me, this guy (which is not ugly, he's kind of cute) was singing it too! and it was the best thing ever! 3 people in the same table! ..also, once I sang Happiness Is A Warm Gun with him

Looks like Vale's got a crush on somebody…
Today, I ran into something while listening to a Beatles song AGAIN . This time it was a lamp post and “Let It Be “, not a door and “A Hard Day's Night.” I need to start paying more attention when I'm walking places.

So yesterday (I happened to be wearing my Beatles shirt), I was at Half-Price Books and my friend and I were looking at the vinyl records and I look to my left and there was the typical southern man in his early 60's wearing a Beatles fishing cap and holding a copy of the U.S. released version of A Hard Day's Night (which I almost trampled him for). So then, I decided to make my move; I walk right past him and I say “I love the hat!”. He turns around, looks at me, smiles, and replies with “Why thank you!” (he probably noticed my shirt).

And well, maybe you were really concentrated in the magic of those songs (Sorry I'm kind of psychedelic, I'm watching yellow submarine!)

Well, if he’s cute and he likes the Beatles…go for it!
And yeah, I was walking around enjoying my music, humming along, and suddenly–SMACK!!!

Today a friend and I were debating whether philosophy (which I take) and music (which he takes) are proper subjects. He showed me his A Level music book. “Does your philosophy book contain music?” he asked me. “No,” I reply, “but does your music book contain philosophy?” He told me that it did, and opened his book to show me… A Day In The Life .
A few minutes later, he asked me for help, which set us off.

Made me laugh. It fits the song rather nicely, in my opinion. Though I find myself singing the first part in Lady Madonna 's melody and then smoothly (grhm) switching to Eleanor Rigby .

I did the exact same thing Minime, its a really horrible change in note.
mrs.McHennon, is there any meaning behind your signature line “sometimes, when im alone, i think im a carrot”? I had to take a minute to see if that was what it said.

Yesterday one of my roommates and I were watching The Rocker, a 2008 movie starring Rainn Wilson, Will Arnet, Emma Stone, Jane Lynch, etc. As I was reading up on the movie, I came upon one interesting detail about the inspiration of the movie. If you haven't seen it, the movie is about a guy (Rainn Wilson's character) who is the drummer of this up and coming band during the 1980s. But right as they are about to get signed, the record company decides to can the drummer and have him replaced. The band then blows up to be this massive thing while Rainn's character must wallow in their shadow. He then joins this other band and other stuff happen.
Does the premise sound familiar? It should because the movie was based on Pete Best who also makes a cameo in the movie for a brief moment. My face: Holy crap! It made me laugh for a moment that I never knew that. Then again, by the time I watched the movie, I don't think I was a fan of The Beatles yet. Still very interesting.
Well we all shine on like the moon, the stars, and the sun.

So I was in math today and right in the middle of class, the class clown (he sits right behind me) raises his hand, gets up on top of his desk and shouts “THE BEATLES ROCK!!!!! “
You should have seen the smile on my face 😀
