My sister is 36 weeks pregnant, and I went to the doctor with her today. I was reading Here, There, and Everywhere by Geoff Emerick. A nurse saw it, and she told me they were big Beatles fans in her house. She said she knew she was playing it too much when her 6 year old daughter asked her to sing Bungalow Bill as a bed time song. She said it may be time to tone it down a little when her daughter started singing Happiness Is A Warm Gun ! Haha…a 6 year old singing, “When I feel my finger on your trigger…”
Great story – I hope she doesn't sing that song in school. In today's society, she would be frisked at the door every day and sent to a shrink for evaluation.

I worked a NY Times crossword from 2005 while at lunch today. Some Beatley answers incuded…
- 3 letter answer for the clue “___ Pepper” (no, the answer was not Ted) was Sgt
- 4 letter answer for the clue “Grand Party” was fete
- 5 letter answer for the clue “Onetime Red head” was Lenin.

Hahahahaha! I love seeing Beatles in crosswords and other puzzles.
A couple of nights ago, I was reading in bed. My radio was tuned to the classical music station. Suddenly, I got that feeling when you notice something (like familiar music) without realizing it consciously. After about a second or so, I realized that it was “Because ” on the classical station! Sadly, it faded out after the first verse, but I kept singing along after. Why they were playing Beatles on a classical music station is beyond me.

Are you sure it wasn’t Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, which Lennon reversed for Because ?

Today I went to the Driver License Division of the Utah DMV.

When I was finally able to take the test, they sent me to Terminal 9.

Well done, M3!
My gift to you for reaching this miletone in a young person's life is Rubber Soul starting with the aptly named first track Drive My Car and sans the last track of which just the mere mention could cause festering feverish blisters to form on thy pinky toe.
Congrats!

Jello, what episode was that? I love That '70s Show and I notice that Steven wears a lot of Led Zeppelin shirts.
I'm not sure what it was called but it was where Eric's mom found out that Steven's real father lives in Wisconsin. Maybe you could look for the name here.

Yesterday I was in a restaurant having dinner with some friends and I noticed a Let it Be poster on one of the walls. Later, a bunch of kids go into the restaurant and one of them, a 10 year older says his brother “Hey Look! Let it Be!” and the brother “Wow..” and they went to their table.

LOL!!! That's hilarious!! That's like me and my brother!! I would point it out and he'd just be all “wow…” Like it was such a stupid thing to point at, and get excited about.

Ok this is really weird/creepy. I was reading the two posts above me and my iPod was on shuffle. Out of all the Beatles songs and other artist's songs on that thing, it just happens to start playing Let It Be .
