Today I was eating at a resteraunt by the lake today, and there was music playing in the background while we were eating. I was listening to the music for a moment, and I heard,”… place, Molly is the singer in a band” and I recognized the lyrics and spazzed out. My dad looked at me and said,”This is-” but I interrupted with,”IT’S OB-LA-DI OB-LA-DA! But it is a cover.” It was a good time 🙂

I was at a cell place, and someone walked by singing Eleanor Rigby .

Oh, that reminds me! I was on Failbook a while ago, and a post came up. It was someone's Facebook status thanking The Beatles for their music, and saying how it got them through some hard times. They finished it with “Thank you John, Paul, George and Richard”, and that was supposed to be the fail.
The worst part was that everyone kept thumbing it up.

Well, you know. There are quite a lot of Beatles-haters on Failbook.
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

Today I took the AP European History test and I had (for some reason) “Roll Over Beethoven ” in my head.

Very specific course. Well, I also had a Beatley moment today. I was in a course, and a guy I'm friends with (at the course. Never had met him earlier) had on his hockey jacket. He took it off, revealing a shirt saying “Its Been A Hard Day's Night.” I notice (the eagled eye person I am), and when I told him nice shirt, he said it was his favourite

Craig Ferguson mentioned in his monologue today that Paul McCartney and his fiancee are having a very small wedding, or in other words, they mean Ringo is not invited.

LOL that's funny. Craig loves to joke about Paul. Last week he made a joke about how Angela Lansbury is Paul and Paul is Angela Lansbury commenting on the fact that Paul looks like an old woman. It was pretty funny.

Put this one in the anti-Beatley moment category.
Over the past weekend we went home to visit family for Mother 's Day. During a “whose birthday is when” conversation with my father-in-law, I said I always remember his youngest daughter's birthday because it is the same day that George Harrison passed away. To which he replied “who is…”
I can't bear to finish the sentence.
I guess he got me back for my “Who is Patsy Cline?” comment from 28 years ago.

yeah I always crack when he shows Angela Lansbury's pic. I have the urge to send an email to Craig saying I find Paul very hot.
And well Zig it seems you didn't get Instant Karma ! but Karma indeed.

One of my favorite Beatles-moments is when John always makes silly faces on pictures. Like this one.

So, today I was at a very boring assembly. Then, someone says they are going to play a song on guitar. My friend's reaction? “Imagine if they play Beatles.” They didn't, but still, cool moment.
