I’m not sure whether this strictly speaking a Beatley Moment because it is not 100% coincidental, so apologies if it doesn’t fit into this thread
Anyway, for the car drive to Berlin and home again I had prepared a little game for my younger siblings so that they (and me) don’t get bored. This game consisted of spotting acronyms of Beatles songs or albums on license plates. Because I have quite an unfair advantage over them I had made them an alphabetical list they could look at while playing without such a list myself (it was still unfair). The good thing is that sometimes, when they found one of the song names I had written behind each acronym funny, I was allowed to play this song so I may have taught them to love the Beatles a little more over the last days. At least they certainly know a good amount of song titles and acronyms now and Please Please Me is a running gag in my family now because PPM was by far the most spotted acronym.
But I have also had two real Beatley moments in Berlin albeit only small ones: the brand of a soap I saw was called ‘Good Day Sunshine ‘ and one city guide said ‘I’ll be back’ when he had to leave the tour for a short period.

Watching old Coco (as I do practically every evening, I have a serious problem, I’ve seen almost every clip on the internet….help me!).
Jeremy Irons’ intro sounds very familiar

I was at the mall and looked at a shop, and saw that they had little yellow submarine-shaped bath bombs! I may have bought one to try for myself.

The indoor market I was at played both Sgt Pepper and MMT albums in their entirety today! It was good while it lasted, and I actually developed a new liking for She’s Leaving Home , which was my least favourite song on Sgt Pepper this time a few months ago.

Wow, what a cool indoor market, two full Beatles albums at once! I’m already very excited when I hear one single Beatles song being played on the radio.
Yesterday evening A Hard Day’s Night came on TV and my father phoned me in Italy just to tell me that because he knew it would make me happy to hear. That was so sweet of him… Apart from that, I’ve seen several people with inventive Beatley shirts. One showed four bugs crossing Abbey Road and a caption which read ‘The Beetles’, one showed the picture of John with the yellow flower in the right eye, and one had the signature ‘think different’ on it and then there were four pictures and four quotes underneath one respectively of Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Martin Luther King, and John Lennon .

Today, I rode my bike home from the city centre and as always I passed the same wall with many graffitis on it. I find them all quite beautiful and always glance at them while I ride by but I’ve never actually examined them closer. Especially, three parchment scrolls have always struck me whenever I had passed them. So, therefore, today I decided to stop next to the wall and look what wise message there might be written on these scrolls. After I’ve found out, I wanted to hug the artist for his graffiti.

Awwww, that is awesome, @Martha
I was scanning through stations on my drive home today. When 5 o’clock rolled around, one station played a medley of song snippets that included the word Friday. Yep, you guessed it. Friday night arrives without a suitcase*.
*That works better than Friday morning at 9 o’clock for a go-home-after-work song.

A freshman orientation there was a band of old guys playing some classic songs like I Saw Her Standing There , Slow Down , I Call Your Name , She Loves You , and a nice touch with Bad To Me. They also played Do You Want To Dance by The Beach Boys . I was standing in front of them dancing and singing, and they eventually used me to fact check the date of the Ed Sullivan Show appearance.

My mysterious Beatle-summoning powers are still alive and well. Just about every time I’ve come upstairs while my mother was playing a radio station, a Beatles song has come on. It’s obviously just a coincidence, but it’s funny to me considering it’s happened so many times in a row!

I saw my cousin today, for the first time in forever; she’s a pretty big Beatles fan too, so we talked lots of Beatles. Anyway, I had just mentioned Let It Be when the television showed a clip of the rooftop concert, as part of an advertisement for the Beatles Channel.

I was in a music shop in Scotland with some of my friends (they had some very cool posters – multiple Beatles ones, a real signed Kurt Cobain one, and an original Oasis at Knebworth 1996 one). Anyways, my friend bought a little plastic flute thing, and I played Here Comes The Sun , which brought the owner out, and we chatted Beatles for a few minutes.

he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.
