You take lessons too @sir walter raleigh i took lessons for a little bit but i consider myself self taught because i learned a lot more on my own.
Theres no way to really learn unless you do it on your own. I mainly take lessons to keep up with a long time friend and to learn specific solos or songs exactly. Plus he shows me finger exercises and other tips that improve my playing. But I primarily take piano lessons and was self taught on guitar, although now its kind of the opposite.

A young girl, about 9 years old, in Wal-Mart saw me wearing my t-shirt like this
And looked at her friend or sister and happily exclaimed, “Beatles”. I smiled and nodded. I wish I hadn’t been in such a hurry. I would have stopped and talked to her.

Offline Yesterday before Treasure Island, some of the characters came out and we’re playing some songs, and one of the songs they played was Maggie Mae .

Offline In a facebook group chat with some friends of mine, one of my friends randomly decided to change his nickname to ‘Sad **** and the Lonely Hearts Club Band’. He doesn’t like the Beatles (he likes Depeche Mode), but in my group of friends it’s relatively well known I like the Beatles… And I didn’t even force him!
This compliments a nickname I gave someone 6 months ago (and hasn’t changed yet) called ‘The one and only B** ******’ very well! Now we need to befriend a girl named Lucy…
