Where does he say he informed them today? Just says he told everyone it’s today. Could have spent the whole week hopping, skipping and jumping around the school singing “It’s George’s Birthday on Saturday” to the tune of “It’s Johnny’s Birthday ” … or it might be a Breakfast Club type day at school, in which case we shouldn’t bring up getting detention or looking like Molly Ringwald. Whatever happened to her?
She did an AMA on Reddit, it was quite fun and she’s still gorgeous.

Offline Today I was playing a game with some people where we pick a thing, but one person doesn’t know it, and they have to ask yes or no questions to find out what it is. Somebody suggested Paul McCartney be the “thing” (and it wasn’t even me). She narrowed it down to it being a living musician from The Beatles. Her guess? Kurt Cobain…

I remember all the bloody kids with their Nevermind shirts, saying how much they loved Nirvana and how great Kurt was, and how their favourite song was Smells like Teen Spirit 
.
I was a bigger fan of Nirvana than they were and I only really like Nirvana’s Unplugged album.

“The Beatles are the best band in the world.”

Wow… You don’t have to know every obscure song from a band to like them and think they’re great. The Beatles were my favorite band like a month before I had any of their albums and when I mostly just knew their hits. Sometimes it’s not the catalogue as a whole that turns you on, but the overall vibe of the songs you do know.

I used to watch Drake and Josh as a kid and I don’t remember that at all, and I would assume that most other kids who watched that wouldn’t either, unless they already knew the Beatles’ version.

Offline I was quite a big Drake and Josh fan back in the day and I don’t ever remember Drake playing Drive My Car . I know the episode where he gets a signed Abbey Road album for his birthday but I don’t ever remember him singing anything that wasn’t a ‘Drake Parker original’.

Wow… You don’t have to know every obscure song from a band to like them and think they’re great. Fan has a fluid definition. I don’t consider someone a fan when they only know songs that are played on the radio everyday.

Last night, when my family went to a restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s (and mine) birthday, a cover of Here Comes The Sun come on the radio, and I asked the waitress if she knew I loved the Beatles! It turns out she loves them as well. I’m going back there again, that’s for sure!

We were watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in English class today, and I couldn’t help but smile when Carlton started singing Silly Love Songs in the shower. I don’t think anyone else knew what he was singing.
