Offline Absolute Radio is playing You Really Got A Hold On Me right now, one of my favourite covers of theirs. Great tune and you never hear it on the radio so well done Absolute!
Also apparently they do a Beatles’ Brunch every Sunday at 10am, might listen to that sometimes.

Offline ^^^ Speaking of radio, one of our local radio stations plays the “beep beep, mm beep beep, yeah!” bit of Drive My Car when they do the section on the road conditions. They also have a contest going on where you can win money somehow, and during the commercial for it they play a snippet of the chorus of Baby You’re A Rich Man .

Offline Was in a cafe in Växjö which played ‘Ain’t She Sweet ‘. Took my by surprise as it’s not one I would ever expect to be played in such an environment. All the rest of the songs were in Swedish as well.
One of those moments where you’re questioning your brain telling you a Beatles song is playing so it takes longer to register.

Offline I’ve had two strange Beatley moments today!
During the morning hours my mother was listening to the radio in the kitchen. The second I walked in, The Long And Winding Road came on!
About an hour ago, my dad came to pick me up for the weekend. When he turned on his car, I was pleased to find that he had a George Harrison CD playing. Now we can’t stop singing What Is Life .

Where does he say he informed them today? Just says he told everyone it’s today. Could have spent the whole week hopping, skipping and jumping around the school singing “It’s George’s Birthday on Saturday” to the tune of “It’s Johnny’s Birthday ” … or it might be a Breakfast Club type day at school, in which case we shouldn’t bring up getting detention or looking like Molly Ringwald. Whatever happened to her?
