While on vacation, I was looking around a shop that sold vintage items. They played You Won’t See Me , of all songs.

Dating from the days of turmoil and darkness (aka The Great Beatles Bible Lockdown 2016), when I was being @Shamrock Womlbs, I got this ad:I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I’m also certain there’s something Beatley about that ad…

My English teacher played Twist And Shout today, the girl sitting next to me noticed how exited I got an asked me ” do you actually listen to this music?” Oh my! I had a Beatles shirt on which my music teacher complimented me on and a lady on the bus exclaimed “oh look the Beatles!” Add to that my textiles teacher was talking about morals and ethics, she mentioned Stella McCartney… Loads of people knew her but when I asked they knew nothing about Paul!

Ahhh Girl, BeatlebugI say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did'.

Wulll yeah, but…the reference is to Sun King : Sung Kang? For the record, I think the lyric for both is here comes…But I wouldn’t want to argue with somebody whose name includes Ahhh. Ahhh is also an important lyric in Sun King .

Rip, I completely disregarded the “Kang” part of the guy’s name. My bad I can see where you’re coming from @Ahhh Girl.
After a google search I came up with this
Google Play Lyrics: “Here Comes The Sun king”
A-Z Lyrics: “Here Comes The Sun king”
Genius Lyrics: “Here Comes The Sun king”
Metro Lyrics: “Here Comes The Sun king”
I seems to be unanimously “comes”, even though it does kinda sound like “come” in the song.

^It’s certainly ‘comes’. They way it’s sung, though, the ‘s’ sort of gets tacked to the beginning of ‘the’. Heeeere coooome sthe suuuun king….

In the final round of the UK edition of ‘The Chase’ the question to the Chaser Mark Labbett was “Which year did the Beatles first visit the US?”.
He got it wrong by saying 1965.
The contestants went with 1966.
Pleasing that they lost.
