Offline I’m rewatching my King Of The Hill season 1 DVDs. For the first couple seasons, the DVDs have commentaries, some of which feature the voice actors in character. On one of the episodes, there’s a short bit of sitar music. In the commentary, Bill Dauterive says “Oh, there’s some George Harrison music.”

Offline On this show, ”The smartest human”, there’s a round which has pictures from a certain theme, and there’s one theme for every contestant with 10 pics or something. Anyway, the theme was mail (they don’t actually get to know the theme beforehand, so as it’s quite cryptic that makes for hilarious moments sometimes), and one of the pics was one of the Beatles reading their fanmail, and of course that was supposed to be ”fanmail”.

Playing Love Me Do with the lads today and the violinist’s mum came in and went, ‘Oh, Love Me Do ! I had this on a 45 RPM when I was…’ etc., etc. It was a nice moment.
I love it when I play Beatles songs and people go, Oh, ‘song x’! I used to play it/I heard it when it came out/whatever…
