@natureaker Most likely Got My Mind Set On You, When We Was Fab, or This Is Love (probably the first). Any names ring(o)ing a bell?

It was probably Got My Mind Set On You. All I remember the radio station mentioning was the number 2, not sure if they’re meaning track two or side two.
Oh well…

Ahhh! That must be it, then. I shall tell Little Girl. She will be thrilled, as GMMSOY is her favourite song ever. (Don’t ask me why.)

I just came across a book written by someone named James McCartney. Not our dear Paul however.

I did a Buzzfeed thing where it guessed your mam’s name by what month you were born in. My answers were:
You got: Your mom’s name is Nancy, Jane, or Patti.
Nice one Buzzfeed but no.

Listening to Plastic Ono Band, and the song was ‘Hold On ‘, and just as John sang the line ‘hold on, world, world hold on, it’s gonna be all right, you’re gonna see the light,’ I saw the light–a long wintery ray slanting across the lawn.
EDIT: The sun has zipped back behind the clouds again. Oh well, ’twas a fine Beatley Moment.

While I was working on a science paper, we were identifying if the animal or plant was a producer, first-level consumer, or a second-level consumer. Blue jay was one of the animals on the paper. Naturally, I added “way” to the end of it, therefore making it “Blue Jay Way ”

I’ve seen so many Dhani – George comparison photos that I can tell them apart with the blink of an eye
It takes that long?
After you’ve seen them enough, they look totally different most of the time. But on first glance, it’s pretty surprising.
And as I said…
*the topic title*… you’ve seen Dhani enough that he doesn’t look like more like George Harrison than his dad does, he just looks like Dhani.

Dhani looked a helluva lot like George when he was younger particularly in his early-20’s the only difference is he has a longer nose.
As he gets older, he looks a lot less like George (probably because of his hair and weight- Dhani doesn’t have George’s thick hair and he’s a bit more heavier than George- which isn’t a bad thing and don’t say that I said it was ).

Very true. Although I would venture to suggest that perhaps his nose isn’t actually longer–his face was smaller/narrower so it appeared that way. Of course, you’re the Dhani expert… but I draw people’s faces, so we’re even.
And we can’t all be as scrawny*/wooly/top-heavy as the one and only Harrison Senior.
*Scrawny in only the fabbest, gracefullest, sexiest way, of course.
Edit: post 3600–only 32 posts to go and I’ll be a Top Poster!

Could well be- what’s not to say I don’t draw people’s faces too?* (Which reminds me, still have to do that Dhani one).
John’s half-sister Julia said (the details have slipped my mind, it’s been over 2 years and a half that I’ve read her book and it wasn’t a ridiculously interesting one) that she stayed in the apartment in London that all The Beatles shared at one point and she used to try on their clothes because she liked tailored men’s-suits (don’t we all?) and she could never fit into George’s because he was so skinny.
And you have posted far more than me- that’s embarrassing (on my behalf not yours, I’ve been here for nearly 3 years- still only have 3200 posts >.> , you haven’t even been here for a year-have 4600 points).
*Fine I draw them badly but I still do faces >.> <.< >.>
That, and I think you’re right

Even George had trouble fitting in George’s tailored clothes.
Twenty years later, that is…
