I thought about posting this thought in the “You know you're a hardcore Beatles fan when…” but it doesn't really fit in that category. Here is the “Beatley Moment” that happened to me on my way to work this morning.
I'm driving along, listening to Anthology 3 , and came upon a scene where an accident must have just happened. These two idiots were arguing in the middle of the road and blocking rush hour traffic. Just as I thought to myself, “do these idiots really need to be doing this in the road?”, guess which song started to play?

I was driving once and listening to my iPod and I Am The Walrus came on and suddenly the volume starting fluctuating up and down, so I thought it was pretty freaky. It actually meant that my iPod was becoming defective, but at the time I just thought John Lennon was messing with me or something. I'm sure I've had more moments, but that's the only one I can remember right now.

I had my iPod on it's dock and was playing my music on shuffle mode. I fell asleep and forgot to turn it off. When I woke up, it was morning. Good Morning Good Morning was playing.

Is that your Beatle moment??
Well I have had many Beatle moments. But once was when my neighbors started playing to the Beatles a lot in the last weeks and I'm like “Did I leave the computer with the music on???”
It seems my efforts to improve their musical tastes are not in vain

Oh goodness! That made me gigglesnort just a wee bit.
Something similar happened to me. I was walking along with my best friend on the footpath to the bus stop and we were saying how we need to do the macarena (that's one of our silly traditions) and then she suggested “Why don't we do it in the road?”. She then realised what she had just sparked and then right at that moment on my iPhone, that song came on.

I was going out to lunch with my sister and her friend who happens to be our local Bowie expert. The song Fame came on and I said something about being happy that John helped make that song. That led to a discusstion about what parts he actually worked on. Her friend said something I didn't hear, but my sister's response was that if a reincarnated John Lennon was nearby, I would know. I'm becoming one of those fans.

One of my Beatley Moments I have experienced recently was when I was talking to a good friend of mine about the weather (as you do).
It was raining, and I was complaining (rhyme). However, she disagreed. When explaining why she liked the rain, she pretty much recited the lyrics to 'Rain ' by the Beatles. I told her this, and she had never heard of the song before. Weird!

I had something like this happen to me once. It was in the middle of a group convo on MSN, and the topic somehow turned onto Paul. I forgot what it was that I said, but one of my friends said “Yeah, he's not half the man he used to be” as a joke. He'd never heard Yesterday … Dun dun duuun.

Ah, why do they always cancel the good shows?
I also have two other Beatley moments. I went to a restaurant the other day, and Besame Mucho was playing. Not The Beatles' version, though, but still.
The other one happened a few weeks ago. My class walked into music, ready to start rehearsing, our teacher pulled out the sheet music for 'Got To Get You Into My Life ' and announced that we were going to learn it. This was after about two terms of asking him if we could play it, but still, it was awesome.

Yesterday in one of my choir classes we had to say our name and an interesting fact about ourself. I was the first person to go so I said my name and followed it with “and I LOOOOOOOOOVE The Beatles!” while pointing to the Beatles shirt I was wearing. After that almost everyone included that they like/love The Beatles or that they're the greatest band ever or something like that. Except for one kid who said he thinks The Beatles are “OKAAAAAAY” and everyone started whispering among themselves while one of my friends screams “(MY NAME), KICK HIS A**!!!!!!!” Not sure if that counts as a Beatles moment or not but it was awesome to start a Beatles love chain. <3

One day I was just listening to my ipod on shuffle mode and first Good Night played. And then right after that came Good Morning Good Morning . I could not stop laughing for most of the song. Oh the fun Beatle coincidences.
