I’m Medium on some songs Easy on the rest. I need to practice more to up my skills. LOL
I’m such a derp on Drums that I sometimes get my foot confused with any of the 4 color drum pads for some silly reason. Is there a certain technique to drumming I haven’t caught on to yet? I’m tempted to try Lefty Mode to see if it helps or makes it worse.

I hope so, cause there’s no way for me to play Guitar on Hard/Expert, lol. I’ll be lucky if I can even graduate to Medium Drums someday. I hardly do Ringo any justice here XD

What they should’ve done was used the actual music videos and or live performances and if the song didn’t have one, synch it with another one, for example syncing Come Together with the Revolution promo.
That would lose the game animation and would make the game less attractive to youngsters who don’t want to thru sit an actual live performance.
And are you seriously suggesting they could have synced “‘Come Together ‘ with the ‘Revolution ‘ promo”? A minute ago you were complaining the game was inaccurate due to an incorrect guitar used by John.
P1. Good point.
P2. Then just get a tribute band to do it, if you’d like, I’ll show you a perfect setlist.

Just tested my Lefty Mode theory on Helter Skelter , Easy mode, a song that I had previously scored three stars on. I’m naturally a rightie.
I scored 5 stars, I think for the first time ever on drums, rightie or leftie mode. Even with a few little screwups.
I wonder if the placement of the colors and Ringo’s leftie-ness has anything to do with it. I shall test a bit further.

I’m all for that. I’d TRY it on Expert or whatever but I wouldn’t get far. Haha! I’ll stick with Easy/Medium depending on the song.

I’d prefer to use live performances/music videos but some songs like Drive My Car or Eight Days A Week don’t have one.
I know they do (they do on Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds , Lovely Rita , A Day In The Life , Hello, Goodbye , While My Guitar Gently Weeps , Birthday , Come Together , Maxwell’s Silver Hammer , You Never Give Me Your Money , Golden Slumbers , Carry That Weight , and The End ), but they never show George Martin or Billy Preston who are more important than most claim of them to be.
I’ve played it a couple times. What I’ll usually do is just put my microphone up against the speaker and just watch, it actually works sometimes.

Two questions for anybody who knows more about the game then me:
1. Were they originally planning to use other songs (ex: Hey Jude , Got To Get You Into My Life )
2. Could I potentially hack into the game and switch the instruments (ex: having George playing a Strat at budokan while John and Paul are both playing a Rick)

You could maybe, depends how good you are at Hacking. It would be a pain and possibility illegal cause you would have to make your own sprites and remake the videos and replace them.

I was hoping that I could just swap out the instruments, as they are all polygons, but I’m guessing your right. It shouldn’t be illegal for personal use though because Nintendo actually tried to file a lawsuit against the Game Genie back in the 80’s and lost.

I would think the makers drew up a list of the tracks they wanted and would work in the game and Apple did the same. They then came to a mutual agreement and went from there. No doubt a song or two was rejected for whatever reason.

I wonder how far they went with those rejected tracks, though. Did they just think them out or did they actually try them out and just realized then that it’s not going to work.

I know this is slightly off topic, but if I were going to upload Beatles videos, should I use Dailymotion, Vimeo, or just risk it with YouTube (I mainly want to do The Beatles Rock Band custom music videos, similar to JoeMamaNewAccount).
There are Beatles Rock Band videos on YouTube so it seems that Apple are less severe when it comes to those. Probably best however to upload elsewhere.
Why do you have George playing piano on ‘Yellow Submarine ‘? There is no piano on ‘Yellow Submarine ‘ by anyone.

P1. The only Beatles Rock Band videos left are custom trailers, the poorer quality non custom videos and a custom video I found of Magical Mystery Tour that had a piss poor framerate. All the HQ vids and custom music vids are gone.
P2. George would be using a keyboard on the trumpet setting to imitate the brass band section.
