I got Beatles Rock Band for my birthday, which actually involved buying an XBOX, since we didn't have one, and it luckily comes with a month free of Gold membership. After much deliberation, a family member suggested Muffin Juggler, but that was already taken, so I had to settle for MuffinCircus.

I don’t really play video games, but I have a Wii sitting in my house wasting away. I kept hearing about the Beatles Rock Band and I finally got it! I found it used for $7 and I got a cheap Wii guitar online (sadly don’t have about $150 to spend on any of the replica instruments).
I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of the hardware because I know I’ll love this game!

The game is pretty consistent across all three platforms (XBOX, PS3 & Wii), but one unfortunate downfall to playing the Wii version is that its memory limits won’t allow for one to play the ‘Abbey Road Medley’ in its entirety, you have to play them as separate tracks. I hear that they atleast kept ‘Golden Slumbers /Carry That Weight /The End ‘ intact, but not being able to play ‘You Never Give Me Your Money ‘ on through to ‘Her Majesty ‘ uninterrupted is most unfortunate for it truly is one of the game’s ultimate experiences when a full band plays it online…:-)

Yeah, when I used to play Gtr Hero against my brother-in-law, he’d whup my ass (I’m pretty terrible) but I’d just razz him with “Yeah, well I play actual guitar!” (even though I’m likewise pretty terrible at that too…)

Offline I love this game! I bought it in 2009 and I remember when I played the drums and I got blisters on my fingers! :’) I lost some weight too! Singing in this game is wonderful.

Offline I don’t have this-I was thinking of getting for Christmas 2014 but looking at it now I most likely won’t as it’ll distract me from study* (same reason why I’m not getting books, f**king school 
), will most likely splurge on CDs/vinyl, might get the Dark Horse Years if I can get it cheap enough, still hate how I missed it for around £36 on eBay in excellent condition 
*That and I would probably want the Hofner/drum set which goes for well over £100

Just kidding, I do own the game, however I usually play on Hard difficulty xD
It’s even more fun with friends online! (Or in your house on the same console) and I have it for PS3

Offline As someone who can do expert on both the Bass and Guitar with every song I say you should strum up instead of down since that is how I do it and for fun you can even alternate your mittle and ring fingers since that is what I do sometimes

I beat the game today, was pleasantly surprised to see that they give you The End for free! I thought it was only DLC. I’m not horrible, but transitioning from real guitar was pretty odd. I played most on hard and towards the end a lot on expert. I usually get 90% or more but only have a few 5 starred songs.
I played a little strumming up and found it easier, but to hold the whammy bar, down works better.
