* Last, as MMM posted at the thread under Pimp My Stuff, The Examiner interviewed me on my fan video for Paul’s song “Appreciate.” (Mods, I’m posting since it’s a news article, but if it’s not okay since it’s my own project, I’ll delete from this post).
I have no problem with it. When you first posted it, you posted it in the right place. Hardly your fault that it’s getting noticed. If it’s becoming a bit of a story, it’s becoming a bit of a story. After all, are we gonna ignore it when Paul asks to use it as the official video when he releases the single because you did it? I don’t think so! Great video! Deserves the attention it’s getting.

Good point. I just want to err on the side of caution.

Haha! Thank you, that’s really kind! This has been a great way to wake up on a sunny Thanksgiving day.

Not sure where to post this but a bootleg is coming out, and is out in some places, which has a few new outtakes (Misery , Hey Jude , She’s A Woman & When I’m 64 are the ones being reported) and significant upgrades in sound quality and what generation the source tape is. Its called “Turn If Off” and on the HMC label, further info can be found here. Also posted is a link to where you can hear Takes 3 – 5 of She’s A Woman and some of it is definitely previously unbooted.

From STV in Edinburgh:
Rare footage of The Beatles to be screened for first time in 40 years
Stacked among 64 other unmarked cans, it sat for decades gathering dust, without anyone suspecting the nine minutes of music gold that rested inside.
Then, after a chance look at a faded, scribbled label buried within the can, a long-lost interview with The Beatles was found.
First broadcast on Scottish Television in April1964, the film footage captured the Fab Four being interviewed on ‘Roundup’, an hour-long children’s current affairs programme on Scottish television network STV.
Now, the Scottish public are being invited to view it in its entirety for the first time at the Edinburgh Filmhouse this weekend.
“We think it may be the longest surviving television interview of the Beatles on record,” said John McVie, Media Coordinator for STV.

From The Examiner. Holy crap.
A copy of the “The Beatles” White Album signed by John Lennon , Paul McCartney , George Harrison and Ringo Starrsold Dec. 1 for over $200,000, a spokesman for Tracks Auction told Beatles Examiner Monday.
The exact selling price of the album was £136,800 or approximately $223,822 USD). Director Paul Wane of Tracks Auction said it was “a fabulous price for a fabulous item and a wonderful investment.” The company had called it “the rarest fully signed Beatles album ever to be auctioned” and ““undoubtedly one of the finest sets ever to appear on a signed Beatles album.”

£136,800? That all? Most families seem to be spending more than that on their little darlings christmas presents. Maybe this is going to little Papertray for her 5th Christmas.

No, its just something people have to put their papers in/on on their desk(s). You can see some here. Don’t you get paper-trays in the US?

Oh, yes, we do. When you made it one word, I thought maybe it was some sort of slang for a child or something.

Oh, thank you, parlance, for having this conversation with mmm. I had the same thought as you. Or my other thought was that it was the name of some big celebrity’s child (they can come up with some doozies).

I made it one word as its such a stupid name for a kid that i figured the name would be spelt differently (or wrong depending on how you see it). But parents are coming up with such daft names for their kids nowdays so things like Nutmeg and TheDoctor probably being officially registered.
