Too busy working out the answer to next months taxing fan club question “if you were a giant what would you do?”.
To paraphrase Zig, I’m glad I’d just put my drink down when I read that.

The forum will be the first ones to know.
x-posting from the BBC Vol. 2 thread since there’s a matter of timeliness:
We have 25 pairs of tickets to give away for The Beatles “On Air”: broadcasting, bands and breaking into the mainstream. If you’d like to attend, simply write in to tell us about your first memories of listening to the Beatles. We’ll be awarding the tickets to the most engaging, original and thoughtful responses.
Winners will be announced on or after November 4, so there’s not much time!

Gah, if only I had something interesting to say about my first memories….
Never mind, that day I’m going to be sat on my doorstep waiting for the postman to come with my ‘Tune In’ book

If you want Emily I can give you some of my memories As a 4 year old listening to Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da in the car, you can always throw in a dramatic twist, to make it more interesting they didn’t say it had to be true did they?

I’ll let you steal my story, Emily. I have dates and everything.
Or, if you don’t want to swipe it word for word, feel free to use the parts you like.

It’s not a bad idea, actually. I have an imagination, somewhere, so I might as well use it – especially if it’ll get me into AR
I can’t get over there that fast, but I would like to know if my story would get me in the door.

I’m not going to enter that comp in the end. I can’t excuse myself the inevitable time off school at the moment. I’ve had a few exams that haven’t gone well enough for my liking, so I need to get myself together. I’ve been faffing around too much so far.
