Wait that’s strange. Handwriting analysts analyze the characteristics of a person based off their handwriting? I would have thought that they analyzed the handwriting itself and didn’t just make a bunch of things up about the personality of the person. That’s kind of disappointing. ):

I honestly think that that’s even more interesting.  I kinda want to get my handwriting analyzed.

THat’s not interesting at all because it’s all drivel. Do you really think that somebody can analyze your personality off your handwriting? The idea of it is honestly a joke.

Those traits seem like John.  It could be accurate.  Even so it still is a lot more interesting than an analysis of someones writing style or whatever.  That would just be boring.

Honestly I would find an analysis of the style of one’s handwriting super interesante. I often stare at my handwriting and focus on every letter, ligature, and flourish for hours at a time and it never gets old.

Thank you, but I capitalized the “h” for a reason. When you read it in your head I really wanted the “th” to be stressed.

That looks pretty spot-on! I have to wonder how they come up with that stuff, though.

Capitol Records celebrates its 75th birthday next year. As part of the celebrations they are releasing 75 vinyl reissues under the moniker The Capitol Records 75th Anniversary Collection over the next year. Chosen by a panel of journalists, authors and creative figures, the list is dominated by The Beatles, with five group albums and four solo albums set to be reissued as part of the set.

The five Beatles albums included are Meet The BeatlesRevolver Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club BandThe Beatles and Abbey Road , while the solo albums are George’s All Things Must Pass , John’s Imagine , Ringo’s Ringo and Wings’ Band On The Run .

There is also a book on the way, along with a TV series, both of which are certain to include myriad Beatles references (you can’t help but think they’ll have their own chapter in the book, and their own episode in the series).

Is there anything different with these reissues* as all except ‘Ringo’ have been reissued in the last 5/6 years? Do they all come with a limited edition sticker or something?

I mean Beatles and solo before someone picks out a 1943 album thats not been issued in 36 years.

Maybe they each come with a small hand-held mirror with the word “sucker” embossed on it.

Returning to the vinyl reissues 3 above it appears that ‘Meet The Beatles’ hasn’t been released on vinyl in long while. Let the world rejoice.

I would also guess that the Revolver  is the Capitol tracklist rather than Parlophone, which would mean that that’s also one that has been unavailable since the Capitol vinyls were deleted. Only other differences I can see to expect would be catalogue numbers and any references to label in the artwork – like this print of Pepper I expect has a Capitol label on the disc rather than Parlophone.

Haven’t heard if they have stickers on or anything.

I think you need to vote to get a sticker, and sometimes not even then.

All Things Must Pass is hard to find at a decent price on vinyl, so I’m glad that’s being reissued. I hope it’s not ridiculously expensive.

I presume ‘Pepper’ is missing the ‘Inner Groove’.

I bet Paul is at number one of top ten richest former Beatles members who are alive and are married to Nancy.
