That is one of the coolest things I have seen in a long time! Cool Thanks for that!

Here's a link to a very challenging Beatles trivia quiz that I wrote. Click here to play it.

No problem! The site's down for maintenance. :( I'll have to check it out when I get home.

Joe – I suppose facebook gears it's ads to the user, I guess they've figured you out. But then again they've used pictures of terrorists to sell car insurance, so who knows? Maybe it will pop up in a store you can trust.

6/10 is awesome! A friend who thinks he’s a Beatles expert scored a 1!

There are a lot of cool Beatles quizzes on that site. There’s even a daily quiz tourney: http://www.funtrivia.com/priva…..?tid=82980

I’m such a trivia nerd… embarassed

Just a reminder to American members that Behind the Music Revisited: John Lennon is on tonight on VH1 Classic. You can watch a preview here. I couldn’t find anything about it for other regions – sorry.

Got my TiVo set… can’t wait! a-hard-days-night-john-6Thanks for the reminder.

Does
anyone recall the original Behind the Music about John? This one
focuses on the later years and his legacy. Did the original span his
whole life?

Yes, but no one will play with me! My kids love the Beatles and so do a few of my friends… but they know I’ll kick their butts so they don’t want to play me… a-hard-days-night-paul-1

Yeah that’s why I haven’t purchased it. They know I’d take them out! a-hard-days-night-john-5

I haven’t seen the original. Viacom is too efficient at policing youtube.com.

Not a link, per se, but take a look at this!

Brings back memories- my dad would buy me heap upon heap of Archie comics from garage sales! Nice to know that not even Betty and Veronica could escape the influence of the boys!

I’ve only read the 3rd page, so maybe this is yesterday’s news:

Have you seen this?

I'd like to say "thank you" on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we passed the audition.

It’s funny actually… me and a friend of mine were discussing Ringo’s head- he thinks it’s tiny! Me, I don’t really notice it, but maybe it’s just “tremblin’ under the weight of it”, being his nose, or so says ol’ grandfather McCartney. …very clean, though.

And thank you! I didn’t watch all that much of the game, but my parents were screaming loud enough so I could still know what was going on in the safety of my room.

And Skye, your avatar makes me drool somethin’ fierce! a-hard-days-night-john-2

I think I downloaded a pdf of that once. My computer crashed and I lost it. Karma I guess. It was kind of fun to look at.

Alissa – I do what I can to liven up the place. I’m still looking for a good John quote. a-hard-days-night-john-1

I can cover John and Paul’s faces with my pinky finger but not Ringo’s. I blame the hair. My sister said it looks like it’s eating him in real life.

I obviously wanted the US to win, but I think a loss would have been worse for your family than mine. It being your game on your turf after all. Now if it had been American football, we would have had no choice but to declare war.

Ok, I swear, I don’t go looking for these things. Motorola is working on a new video display. So what? They used a picture of Ringo in their patent application.

Nice. I wonder why they chose Ringo. Perhaps he’s part of a forthcoming ad campaign?

Can buy me love! Please consider supporting the Beatles Bible on Amazon
Or buy my paperback/ebook! Riding So High – The Beatles and Drugs

He’d be cheaper than McCartney – that’s why!!

But not cheaper than a stick figure. Perhaps they’re a tour sponsor.

Here’s an interesting article on the current state of the music industry. It’s not directly related to the Beatles, but it does cover EMI’s money problems. Record Labels: Change or Die
