I make cake on each of their birthdays, I’m also trying to add all the important Beatles dates to the calendar on my laptop, and I still don’t understand why they don’t put the Beatles’ birthdays on Beatles calendars, lol

Does each Beatle get a certain flavor each year or do you mix them up?

Release dates of all albums not just Pepper, and those all-important birthdays.

Thanks, now I’ll know to wear black on April 4th. 🙂
I save it for the 29th of November and the 8th of December. I don’t personally feel the end of the Beatles is a fitting occasion to mourn; after all, the end of one thing is only the beginning of another, and all things must pass.
It’s their loss of friendship I mourn the most, and that you can’t pin onto a particular date.

Maybe April 10th can be the day of mourning. Since it could symbolize end. Whether it be friendship, life or The Beatles.

For the life of me I cannot imagine Pete Best doing drums on ‘Dizzy Miss Lizzy ‘. I know he was a decent drummer but ’65 Beatles is in my head.

I must have read that wrong, unless something happened on April 4.
Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated on April 4, and I mostly remember that because of the line from “Pride (In The Name Of Love)” by U2 “Monday morning, April 4: a shot rings out in the Memphis sky-haiiiiii”
The Beatles breakup announcement was 4/10, or April 10th.

Or 10/4, 10th April, if you’re English, like wot they were.
