“A Taste Of Honey doesn’t work? Hold Me Tight doesn’t either? PS I Love You is a boring song?
Really?”
As I said, none of these are terrible songs, but A Taste Of Honey doesn’t suit Paul’s voice in my opinion and his vocals come off as unnatural and forced. Hold Me Tight is a good composition and the arrangement is good but something about the performance suggests that they weren’t taking that recording as seriously as most of their other recordings (although it would have been a very good song had they nailed it). Don’t have anything more to say about PS I Love You , just that it doesn’t really do anything for me and was written at a time before they learnt to write really good songs.

That isn’t an unpopular song to dislike around here
Unlike Good Morning, Good Morning. . . .

When listening to Abbey Road … I will usually SKIP Maxwell’s Silver Hammer .
When John Lennon was asked if he thought Ringo was one of the best drummers in Rock-and-Roll, he said (smiling) "Hell, he's not even the best drummer in the Beatles."

My Least Favorite song will always be Hold Me Tight . It just gives me an uncomfortable vibe.
I Think that Rolling Stone should do a cover story of The Rolling Stones covering "Like a Rolling Stone" or if a Type of Beetle was named after The Beatles.

I’m new here and have enjoyed reading different opinions on Worst Beatles Song. It seems to me that some songs have aged better than others.
For example, Mr. Moonlight has received a lot of WORST votes. It certainly isn’t their best cover, but I would tell you that in 1965, when Beatles For Sale /Beatles ’65 was released, every one of those songs was a gem that I listened to over & over again.
When John Lennon was asked if he thought Ringo was one of the best drummers in Rock-and-Roll, he said (smiling) "Hell, he's not even the best drummer in the Beatles."

Welcome @VeraChuckDave! Always good to see a post from a new member with a little history on his/her side. The problem with Mr. Moonlight for me is that it is not even remotely Beatley. It sounds more like a number by Nick the Lounge Singer
Edit: or maybe I should say her/his/his side.
I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did'.

I feel like I am the only one who really loves Mr. Moonlight. I love the passion in Johns vocals

Hey AD40, if there’s one thing the Forum proves, it is that there is a wide diversity of preference and taste among Beatlemaniacs. As Selena Gomez would say, the heart wants what it wa-a-a-a-a-ants. I always liked Hold Me Tight until mmm shamed me into hiding my love away.

Mr. Moonlight is ok in my opinion. Although i do agree with John’s Vocals. He sang it very well. The only thing i really have a problem with is that half assed Organ solo. But i do feel that the song as a whole is underrated

No need for that @georgiewood, let your love for ‘HMT’ radiate thru the galaxies.
No doubt i will like a Beatles track you will detest.

Not a fan of I Want You (She’s So Heavy). Very long and repetitive. Boring, especially at the end.
I agree, tbhf. Maybe it could be marketed as a cure for insomnia.
