I was going to do top 2 best Ringo songs, but I thought that the answers would be a bit boring… so I did this!
Anything on Revolver , Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band and Magical Mystery Tour is quite strange… especially Tomorrow Never Knows and I Am The Walrus .

You Know My Name (Look Up the Number) is the first song that came to my mind, that’s an odd one.
Revolution 9 would be the obvious answer, but you could argue it’s not really a song.

There was an old interview, from the 70s or early 80s I think, where McCartney listed it (You Know My Name) as his favorite Beatle song. I’ve later heard him give different answers to that question, so it was probably an in the moment type of response. I’m guessing he had fond memories of the sessions, they were probably pretty fun.

You may well be thinking of the opening interview to Mark Lewisohn’s The Complete Beatles Recording Sessions, @forn:
People are only just discovering the b-sides of Beatles singles. They’re only just discovering things like You Know My Name (Look Up The Number) – probably my favourite Beatles track, just because it’s so insane. All the memories…
Surprised a lot of people, especially as it was quite a major interview.

You Know My Name (Look Up The Number) was the first song that popped in my head as well. I can’t think of a “weirder” Beatles track, though perhaps wacky or zany might be a better adjective. Aside from the others that @Timothy mentioned above, I would include Blue Jay Way and Only A Northern Song . Now that I think of it, many of George’s Beatles songs lean to the weirder side, rather than being straightforward like Got My Mind Set On You. I’d also nominate Good Morning Good Morning , with its measures of 10/4 time (or however you choose to notate it) and silly animal sounds, along with the circus-like overtones of Being For The Benefit Of Mr Kite . LSD is a heckuva drug!

George didn’t write Got My Mind Set on You, however, so that’s one major difference. It was a cover of a 1962 song by James Ray and written by Rudy Clark. Good catchy tune for George though.

The line “You’ll have to have them all pulled out” is kind of odd too. Because it assumes you know he’s talking about teeth. Reminds me of “The movement you need is on your shoulder”. I know John liked that line, but I’m not sure he was right. That is a very strange way of putting it.

‘Lovely Rita ‘ is extremely weird, particularly the last minute or so.
I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

I find She Said She Said a strange song lyrically. I know it’s from a conversation John had with Peter Fonda, but it’s still weird.

I Call Your Name is a very weird song by early Beatles standards, as the 1st verse is different from the rest and the solo magically switches to a syncopated feel.

As much as I love it I have to say A Day In The Life , the first time I heard I got so confused and the instrumental bit before Paul’s verse (I think) kind of scared me as I was wearing earphones at the time…
Honourable Mention to Yellow Submarine which without a doubt has the weirdest music video…

Oh, I’ve always loved Yellow Submarine . It works as a novelty song, a children’s song, or as full blown psychedelia. I’ve heard a lot of people criticize it, but I think it’s absolutely brilliant. But you’re right, it is a weird little song, very unusual subject matter.
