Hm. Hopefully when/if Paul gets to release Carnival Of Light , he'll see it and think, “Well, they already heard some of this song, might as well release it too,” if it still exists anyways.

I can't see/play youtube videos here at work. Is that “My gal is red hot/Your gal ain't doodly-squat!”? That's a great song!

This is why I love Youtube. The description says it's from the CD Live at The Star Club, Hamburg. I don't have that one, but maybe it has a longer version?
I have two versions of the Star club and it is on neither
I would love to reply to you all personally but I just haven't enough pens!
We hope you've enjoyed listening to our records, as much as we've enjoyed melting them!

Not “unknown”, but there are a lot of early Beatles songs that are really good that get overlooked, particularly the covers. “Anna”. “Chains .” “A Taste Of Honey .” “She's Got the Devil In Her Heart .” “Kansas City .” “Long Tall Sally .”
You can't help but sing along with these gems.
I believe Red Hot is from the Star-Club recordings, but it cut off halfway (the tape ran out, I presume) through so wasn’t included on that release.
Can buy me love! Please consider supporting the Beatles Bible on Amazon

I just listened to the Please Please Me album while getting ready for work this morning, Mr_K. And you're absolutely right.
With the lone exception of a dot of shaving cream in the mouth, it was most enjoyable to sing along with.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Ew, nasty! 😛
I'm going to submit “There's a Place.” I really like this song, but I'd never heard of it before we got Please Please Me .
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

I'm cool with that, because I think is an awful song.
I'd like to say "thank you" on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we passed the audition.

Blue Jay Way is an interesting, but bad, song.
