I’d love to read a good, full account of how John presented Revolution 9 to Paul, Ringo, George Martin and anyone else (Harrison was involved in making it, of course), what their various reactions were, who fought hardest to keep it off the album, how John fought for it and so forth.
What book or site should I read? None of the books I’ve read about The Beatles have gone into detail on this.
