Hello everyone. My name is Gary Schaeffer. December 17th marks the 50th anniversary of the first professional photographs ever taken of the Beatles. I am the owner of the images and I have produced a very limited edition signed book of the actual 16 photos. You can find the book at:http://www.ebay.com/itm/BEATLE…..19cbaff5f6
Wow, that's an expensive book. Incidentally, apparently 17 photographs survive, not 16 – they're here: http://beatlesource.com/savage…..arion.html
Can buy me love! Please consider supporting the Beatles Bible on Amazon

Something interesting in these photos is Pete's body language. He looks to me like he doesn't even care …
Here comes the sun….. Scoobie-doobie……
Something in the way she moves…..attracts me like a cauliflower…
Bop. Bop, cat bop. Go, Johnny, Go.

Maybe that was part of him being 'mean, moody and magnificent'. Seems strange not seeing Ringo on drums. They were right to get rid of Pete, even just in the look of the band, just wrong in how they did it. But maybe thats just familiarity.

What a fantastic site, Joe. There are so many cool pictures – some well known, some not so much.
Thanks for sharing!
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.
