but deary me what was Paul thinking at Decca. His over-performance is hilarious in how awful it is.

I know they were very nervous but I wonder if John was looking at him whist they were singing at the mic thinking “what the **** are you doing!!?””

Offline Wow such a big difference in the performances. I love the way Paul sings “thang” though. They sound so much more assured on the ’64 version.
