With A Little Luck. I knew the song but never realized how genius it is.

When I first saw this post, I thought it was Paul doing a cover of Summer of ’69 by Bryan Adams, that’s not the case at all. The intro reminds me of The Night Before but I’m not a big fan of the rest of the song mainly because it sounds like there should be bass and drums there but there isn’t.
If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

@Dark Overlord The song is at tiny B Side track. I think it was released on only the vinyl single of ?Jenny Wren? That may not sound that off, until you realize the song is from 2005.

Been on a listening spree of a certain Beatle whose 75th birthday is upcoming… I’ve discovered New (the song) and Listen To What The Man Said.

You should listen to some of his isolated bass tracks, Paul is a great bassist and there’s no better way to celebrate his birthday than to listen to some of his isolated bass tracks, Nowhere Man and Something come to mind.

Taxman is my favorite bassline of his. Or Hey Bulldog , which has a famous bassline.

What did you think of the slightly out of tune vocals in I Want To Tell You after your first listen?
Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's

I stood up and walked out on Ringo.
Only kidding! TBH I actually didn’t even notice them! (That’s a bad thing, isn’t it? )

No, actually we’re just good friends I’m not entirely sure whether they’re out of tune or they are just disharmonies so you could be right, after all, with not noticing them.

I think it’s weird Indian-style dissonance that is totally deliberate and totally awesome.
Recently discovered ‘Venus And Mars ‘ / ‘Rockshow’. (He mentions a certain Jimmy — quick, Page @WeepingAtlasCedars! )

I discovered this when listening to some songs for the non-canon poll. It’s such a great song although I prefer the version on George’s solo album. The latter is so irresistibly charming with its jazzy feeling and the guitar riff at the beginning always reminds me of this tune of Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers I heard ones.

If you’re listening to it on/from ‘Anthology 3 ‘ throw it in the bin, take the bin outside to a safe area, set the bin on fire, wait till the fire goes out, go find the unedited complete version, enjoy the song as it was instead of the ghastly piece of crap Apple gave us.

Wow, thanks for mentioning the unedited version, it really sounds way better! Especially George’s voice!
