I could name a million but my favourite bits are probably
Octopus’s Garden – The harmonies after Ringo sing’s “Lies beneath the ocean waves!” and “Happy and they’re safe!”. I also just really love the overall feel and guitar on this track, the guitar intro is iconic to me and the solo is just so fun to listen to.
Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band – One of my favourite Beatles tracks in general but I LOVE Paul’s gravely voice when he sings at the start with “It was twenty years ago today! When Sgt. Pepper taught the band to play!…” and at the end as well when he sing’s “I don’t really want to stop the show! But i thought you might like to know!…”. I also really love the guitar on this track to.
Back In The U.S.S.R. – I love when Paul goes “Back in the U.S, Back in the U.S, Back in the U.S.S.R.!” in the second chorus, never fails to pump me up for the rest of the song.
I’m So Tired – I love how the song progressively gets less and less calm/slow and how the chorus and verses could be two separate songs but I especially love the end of the final chorus when John is yelling “You know it’s three weeks, I’M GOIN’ INSANE!”
Martha My Dear – I quite like this song I think it’s a nice cute little song and the fact Martha is Paul’s sheep dog just makes me smile while listening to it but I love the part in the song when Paul sing’s “So take a good look around you…” just so catchy to me.
All You Need Is Love – I love this whole song in general but something I’ve always found quite funny and enjoyed waiting for is at the very end of the song when someone is weirdly singing “She loves you! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!” i’m not quite sure who it is singing that i’ve always thought it was Paul but never heard a direct answer.

Yes, it does start pulsating, doesn’t it, @SomethingGeorge.

In Paperback Writer , the way they sing “writer” the 4th time, towards the end of the outro — with that twirl grabbing a higher note.

Another fragment from Paperback Writer —
They do it 3 times, beginning, middle and near the end: the singing gets spacy with no drums then the guitar riff kicks in — but a split-second before the riff, Ringo hits the snare on an off beat.
Though The Beatles (mostly Paul) didn’t decide to have a guitar note on that off beat, I like to add it when I’m playing along — basically the D note a 5th above that low G that is the bedrock of the riff.

As usual, Paul when he has a repeated melodic line will vary it — and often the last time it’s repeated.
Example of the norm:

The final variant (goes higher):

Most artists/singers when they have a repeated melodic line like that never think to vary it — they just repeat it the same every time.

“We believe that we can’t be wrong” at the end of Backseat of My Car is awesome, same with “Daytime Nighttime Suffering,” but you could use most of his songs as a great example.

I just remembered the best one maybe ever. A Love For You at the end, he changes up the tune and reaches way up there with an amazing “where will I run to? baby baby what will I do?”

It’s not everybody’s favourite recording by the Fab Four, but in Mr Moonlight , I love it when Paul does backing vocals on the line, ‘And from the world you sent my girl’. John’s vocals are great on that track.

I’m quite a fan of Mr Moonlight , myself, @Rube ! The beginning is my favorite, though. Just something about John’s voice and the raspiness of it.
Something I’ve also found myself to be very fond of lately are the lines “That is, you can’t, you know, tune in but it’s alright,” and “I think, I know, I mean, uh, yes but it’s all wrong,” in Strawberry Fields Forever .

Somewhere on a video in the last several years, Paul mentions those Lennon phrases and remarks how innovative they were at the time for songwriting. I think it’s the video where he’s spending the day with Klaus Voormann at Hog Hill studio, but I couldn’t find it.

Lately I’ve been watching and rewatching a compilation of clips taken from rehearsals and takes in the Hey Jude recording sessions. I’m not sure what it is, but when Paul sings the line “So let it out and let it in, Hey Jude , begin…”, it’s one of those moments where I can’t stop replaying it to listen to it again.
Also the part in “I’m Happy Just To Dance With You ” where George sings “Just to dance with you is everything I need” as it changes from the verses to the chorus. That chorus is so dramatic-sounding and talking about it makes me want to learn the song on guitar.
