The first line in the Let It Be Naked version of ‘Don’t Let Me Down ‘ where you can clearly hear the beautiful harmonies (in my opinion it’s better than the version that made it onto the Let It Be Album – is that a controversial opinion?)
More impossible than controversial. Released as the b-side of Get Back , it didn’t make it onto the Let It Be album. Though there was a storming version included on the aborted Get Back album. (“Give me the courage to come screaming in…”)
If Apple has the common sense, we will finally get at least one of the unreleased ‘Get Back ‘ albums in 2020.

The one I immediately thought of when I saw this thread was Piggies . There’s that harpsichord from about :55 to :58, right before the line, “In their lives there’s something lacking…” I remember hearing the song for the first time in 1988 and when that part came up, it actually made me say, “Woah!” It was just really unexpected and very cool.

I listened to Girl for the first time in awhile, and hadn’t realised until now just how great the ending of the guitar bit (don’t really know what to call it) shortly after “…will she still believe it when he’s dead” and again at the end of the song is. It’s funny how, even though you think you know the ins and outs of a song, you can find something new about it that you latch on to even years later.
I am now listening to it on repeat.

“What you´re doing”, from 2:11 onwards, with the drums and the piano taking over. Simple but brilliant.
The instrumental is just amazing.

The guitar opening of ‘All Together Now ‘, especially the three bits from 0:07 to 0:10. Best part of the song.
Often this song is forgotten about and marked as slight or lame but it’s actually really enjoyable. A fun nothing-to-it kiddies sing-a-long and it’s always cool to hear Paul and John both singing separate lead vocals and sound like they are having fun.

It’s not really a fragment, but ever since the release of the Abbey Road Super Deluxe Edition I’ve been in awe of the George Martin string arrangement for Something .

YESYESYES
That part of the song is fantastic, it is a fantastic song.
But the moment of that song that really crawls up my spine and gives me a smile is a little early on, around 0:40 – 0:47. I can’t put my finger on it, but there’s an instrument on there that is just genius. I think it’s a flute, or it may be an organ, but it is such an unexpected sound coming from a simple acoustic song. That acute ringing sound behind John’s vocals is just too perfect for me, anyone else hears it?
I learned that song on piano last month and it’s kind of a bummer not having all of the instrumentation when playing it, it’s not the sameStill one of my favourites from the White Album !

I don’t know what it is, but that part where John and Paul go into falsetto to sing “Is there anything I can do?” in “Tell Me Why ” always pulls me into the song. It’s just fun to listen to.

I honestly can’t remember the last time I sang along with the lead vocal, those backups are just too catchy
