Are you saying that It’s All Too Much ?
It’s too much-ah!
I was the same with this song initially, but George wore me down!
I'm like Necko only I'm a bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin and also everyone. Or is everyone me? Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe. This has been true for 2016 & 2017 but I may have to get more specific in the future.

George was such an underrated songwriter – He’s written so many great songs its difficult to choose one. Ever since I got the 2022 remix of Revolver I find myself listening to ‘I Want To Tell You ‘ over and over again. Such a great song.

One of his best. I love how tormented but strangely optimistic it is.

Thanks for reminding me of this. It’s very good. So many things I like, I’ll just pick out some random small ones: I like that staccato piano note that bridges after “that is confusing things”. Also those dissonant piano chords at various places. Perfect fadeout with some little variations you have to listen for.

The piano playing on this song is brilliant. One of the best examples of when playing just the right notes a song can be elevated to an insane degree. Doesn’t have to be virtuosic or even technical in the slightest. Its like Ringo’s drummer for the keys, and Revolver is filled with these types of bits.

Is that Paul playing or George Martin?

Sea Belt, RubeMy hot take is that after the Beatles split they went down the paths of spiritualism, solipsism, alcoholism, and Paul McCartney
