Technically we’re not supposed to but sometimes it happens.
I love this song too it’s my twelfth favorite Beatles song and it’s fantastic. The guitar riff is magical.

The feedback at the start adds so much to the character of the song, it makes it feel like you’re really there in the studio.
I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

It’s so distinctively I Feel Fine . Couldn’t imagine the song without it. It feels so natural as a lead-in.

The little changes John made make all the difference.
Adapted again for Day Tripper ..
Paul could turn his hand to improved adaptations too…..
And to finish…….Everybody nicked off of Lennon and Macca….I feel fine about them adapting and in every case improving on the little things they borrowed.
So ‘Do unto others’ seems fitting

One of my favourite songs and always has been. The instrumental track is fabulous and I love how the song comes back to life after the solo with the thumps of Ringo’s drums.
The official promo
Questions:
What is up with Paul; comes in strange, stands in a weird pose and has a strange look upon his face?
What is George saying after he gets the lines wrong at the end of the first verse?
Ringo appearing between Paul and John winking just before a minute is up?
John almost gets thru the whole video without doing anything odd yet fails by making a strange smile (@1:45).
I take it they were all smoking before the videos, especially going by John during the ‘Ticket To Ride‘ video. Tho, considering the ‘Fish and Chips’ promo for ‘I Feel Fine ‘ the director was too.

it was always a standout live, right up until they stopped touring… was listening to this show the other day and ‘I Feel Fine ‘ is pretty heavy:
they sound into it to my ears…:-)

I Feel Fine is one of the first Beatles songs that comes to my mind when I think The Beatles. True story.
