Alright! Love Me Do ! Finally, I was starting to think weird things. Most of them deserve their spots, though I hoped to see The Long And Winding Road end up higher. Surprised to see Misery ended up this high. Oh and I was kind of wondering where Yes it is would end up on this list, as not a lot of people mention that song often. I don’t really know what to think of it’s place. Ah well, can’t do anything about it. Everytime a bit of the list appears it both surprises me and doesn’t surprise me at the same time. How weird!

NOOOOOO! NOT Blue Jay Way . THAT SONG IS AMAZING. I love the whole dark vibe of it, the strings and oh, Ringo’s amazing drumming. This is NOT okay
How did Bad Boy and I’ll Get You end up so high?
I don’t agree with this list at all. Tsk tsk.

I’m more bamboozled by What Your Doing only being at #158. Take 11 should be placed higher than that if it was included.

What You’re Doing shouldn’t be gone yet! Still nothing surprising, but better songs keep popping up. I really enjoy Bad Boy , and both AHDN songs. Blue Jay Way is always interesting.
Glad we’re getting closer to the top. I know Twist And Shout is one of the two covers left, what’s the other?

Hey, it’s still today in England for once!
150. Not A Second Time (I like this. Not much else to say. From With The Beatles )
149. Don’t Bother Me (George’s first original, another one I like. Also from With The Beatles )
148. Please Mister Postman (Yet another With The Beatles track. Also, to no one’s surprise, cements Twist And Shout as the top ranked cover)
147. Mother Nature’s Son (Along with Rocky Raccoon , often forgotten (by me at least), fairly boring, Paul penned White Album cut)
146. Long, Long, Long (First With The Beatles hit consecutively, now The White Album . Better than Piggies , worse than WMGGW in terms of George’s songs from the album)
145. Tell Me Why (one of the first Beatles songs I really loved)
144. One After 909 (Kind of boring on Let It Be , I prefer the Anthology version. Good anyway, nice Danny Boy bit at the end)
143. Michelle (OK, this one’s a surprise. I mean, I don’t like it, but I was under the impression a lot of people did. Huh.)
142. I Call Your Name (only original on the Long Tall Sally EP.)
141. Dig A Pony (another surprise, I’m a big fan of it, got a nice live rough song.Hey, I was on time today! See you tomorrow!
I really like Dig A Pony , but I’m not too sad about its placement. Glad Mother Nature’s Son is here! I barely listen to that and Long, Long, Long , so I’m fine with them being here. Tell Me Why , Not A Second Time and especially Please Mister Postman are great, sad to see them go. I like Michelle and Don’t Bother Me , but I think they belong in this range…

I only.like Mother Nature’s Son for the guitar in it. That is probably why I learned it.

I love Mother Nature’s Son . I’m surprised One After 909 ended up that high.
The only real surprise is Michelle though. WTF?! I thought this was a very popular song. It’s definitely not overrated by us, it seems.
I still really enjoy these lists btw.

I get why its so low but Long, Long, Long is another wrongly overly George track. It’s fabulous with the low haunting sad George vocal and Ringo’s crashing drums which scare the crap out of the unsuspecting. Has Savoy Truffle been? There is no way thats better than Long, Long, Long so it should have.
Everything else isnt that much of a surprise; Michelle seems to crop up in the threads often so no great surprise whilst the others generally go unmentioned in folk’s best and worst threads.

I don’t like the weird ending, but I think it’s incredibly soulful song.
It’s so weird how so many of my favorite songs are ending up at the bottom of this list.

Yeah, I never got the ending to it also. It not as bad, but better without it.

I love the ending because of its (Long, Long, Long ‘s) weirdness. It just ups the ante of the whole track’s oddness, the mix is also odd.
Its not only one of my favourite George songs but also one of my favourite Beatles songs.
