A few weeks ago I was teaching my cousin about Beatles songs. He then pipes up: “I heard Paul wrote one while he was at his breakfast table”

(He is 20 something.)

Anyway. Does anybody know what im talking about? If you know the answer please tell me because its really bugging me!

Thanks!

Anytime at all, all you gotta do is call, and I'll be there.

Yesterday came to him in a dream. He wrote Yellow Submarine in his bed… That's all I've got.

Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

“Good Morning, Good Morning” was John, so that can't be it…

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

Yesterday /Scrambled Eggs was my first thought, though that came to Paul in a dream (he says). https://www.beatlesbible.com/s…..yesterday/

Good Morning Good Morning and the Kellogg’s breakfast jingle: https://www.beatlesbible.com/s…..d-morning/

Back In The USSR : https://www.beatlesbible.com/s…..-the-ussr/
Mike Love, Beach Boys : “I was sitting at the breakfast table and McCartney came down with his acoustic guitar and he was playing Back In The USSR , and I told him that what you ought to do is talk about the girls all around Russia, the Ukraine and Georgia. He was plenty creative not to need any lyrical help from me but I gave him the idea for that little section… I think it was light-hearted and humorous of them to do a take on the Beach Boys .”

Those are the only song articles on this site that mention breakfast. If it’s none of them I don’t know.

I wish the OP would have let us know if it was one of the songs Joe mentioned. If it wasn’t, I really do wonder what OP’s cousin was thinking about.

Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe.  This has been true for 2016 & 2017 Sig-Badge.png but I may have to get more specific in the future.

She stopped coming here when she moved house and got a new job. She told me she was busy with real life but I was never sure if I did something to offend or upset her.
