The sheer variety of intros is but a small example of their genius.

It’s hardly a classic, but what about the dubh (chn) dubh (chn) dubh du du du dun intro to Think For Yourself ?
What? “Think For Yourself ” isn't a classic?
I'm moving to the dimension where it is now.
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

You know what intro really bothers me? “Drive My Car “! Not because there's anything wrong with it, but the rhythm confuses me everytime – I can't tell where the backbeat is, I think I've gotten that 8-note guitar bit in sync with the imagined “And baby I'll lo-ove you” refrain, and then Ringo throws in that weird-ass drum fill that throws me off everytime! How many hundreds of times I've heard the song, and if they asked me to play along I'd STILL be guessing as to where to come in…

Love the “Baby's in Black” so-called instrumental. You can sing karaoke to the Beatles!
You can achieve the same effect if you get hold of the early Beatle albums that were turned into “stereo” by putting all the vocals on one speaker and all the instruments on the other.
By turning down the vocal speaker all the way, you get the “instrumental version.”
Somewhere in a closet, I have Meet the Beatles re-released in such fashion.
[Von Bontee, I know the backbeat is the 2nd and 4th beat, but never quite got why these two beats are particularly important to the Beatles or rock'n'roll. Didn't realize “Drive My Car ” was so tricky! Does Ringo get credit here?]

Well, it took until the third page for it to be mentioned, and this is a forum dedicated to the band who first recorded it, and it isn't a stand out track on the album it is on.
I told her I didn’t

Please Please Me with its outright energy that had girls screaming their heads off after 2 notes first time of hearing.
As for great endings Hey Bulldog would have to be up there.

Sexy Sadie ? I've Just Seen a Face? The End if you count the 3 guitar solos that precede it?

Its All Too Much goes on for 45 seconds before George starts singing, tho it does have John's “To Your Mother ” bit right at the beginning. So i guess it depends on your p.o.v..

Ding ding ding! “Sun King ” it is! Fifty-something seconds between beginning and vocal. And as for “Flying “, it's the third-longest, measuring between the intro and the first “La-la-la”.
2nd longest? “Love You To “. And the fourth-longest, somewhat surprisingly, is “Slow Down “.
The End if you count the 3 guitar solos that precede it?
“The End ” would indeed have been the longest if not for the “Oh yeah! All right!…” right at the beginning.

That was a great question Von. I would have said “Slow Down “. Every time I hear it I wonder why the intro had to be so long.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

I think it depends on what mix for money as the stereo is clearly different from the mono at the beginning.
I Want You has a fabulous intro, and a fabulous elongated outro what with all the white wind noise.
