Honey Pie

I used to cringe at the intro. I love fancy Paul these days though

From Me To You , She Loves You , Eight Days A Week , Another Girl , In My Life (never used to hate it, but I never saw the fuss around it), Rain , Doctor Robert , Fixing A Hole , Within You Without You , I Am The Walrus , Martha My Dear , Cry Baby Cry , Let It Be , Maxwell’s Silver Hammer . There’s probably more, but they are the main ones.

I can say the opposite for Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds & Come Together , two songs I used to like a load a year ago than I do now.

When I first listened to “A Day In The Life ” I was confused but I played it again and again and I found it a little scary at one point but now “A Day In The Life ” is my No 1. Beatles song. I don’t know what was wrong with me, maybe I was a new Beatles fan then and I first time ever listened to Real Music. a-hard-days-night-john-1

Savoy Truffle is a song about candy for Christ’s sake! But then I realized, this is just a catchy song about candy. And then I was like, whooh! Something to commemorate my sweet tooth! At least it doesn’t have adult undertones like Beyonce’s song about “skittles” (*shudder*).

Sorry, what!? Skittles as in those “taste the rainbow” sweeties? Beyonce has used those in some sort of adult way? I don’t think i could eat another packet if i heard that track – which i won’t be doing?

If you ever get curious, the song is called “Blow” from her most recent album. But you will never see skittles in the same way again. O_O

Girl: I used to find this song so boring, I always skiped it but now it’s definitely one of my fav songs.

You Know My Name: I thought it was one of the worst Fab Four songs but now I think it’s so fun to listen that I can’t dislike it at all.

It’s Only Love : I thought it was a silly and a filler song but now I think it’s great love song.

Think For Yourself : I can’t understand why I disliked this song…probably because I thought it was annoying but now I think it has some really great lyrics and a funky bass.

I Don’t  Want To Spoil The Party: I thought it was just a filler song but now I think it’s great. Love the harmonies on it!

The love you take
is equal to the love you make.”

Justin Timberlake as produced by Timbaland, presumably? I believe those two have worked together before, not that I’ve heard the results.

GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

Nothing wrong with Sexy Sadie . Even the Anthology outtake is really good, especially Ringo’s rolling thundering drums.

I used to hate I’m So Tired . Ironically, I always found it to be tiring.

I still don’t love it, but it’s growing on me

The only one I can really think of is Revolution 9 , I used to hate it and want to skip over it each time, but then I really listened to it and I kind of love it now! I know a lot of people don’t like it, but I don’t care, the weird sounds are fun and interesting, imoahdn_george_08I’ll see if I can’t remember more songs later, but this is all I’ve got currently.
