About a month ago, the New York Times crossword puzzle (the King of all crossword puzzles, according to many people) had several entries that were Beatles song titles:

clues:

14 across — Navy captain’s favorite Beatles song? (15 letters)

17 across — empty-nester’s favorite Beatles song? (15 letters)

35 across — Sexagenarian’s favorite Beatles song? (15 letters)

55 across — Author’s favorite Beatles song? (15 letters)

58 across — early riser’s favorite Beatles song? (15 letters)

***Answers will be forthcoming in a later post…***

(Interesting how many Beatles songs have 15 letters — spaces between words not included…)

I don’t know how to construct a crossword puzzle — no doubt there exists a program online that one can use (a brief search yielded nothing except stupid simple puzzle-making or software that was ridiculously complex).  It would be cool to construct a crossword puzzle — a big sophisticated one like the New York Times has — where everything relates to the Beatles.

P.S.:  I got them all and finished the puzzle!

I found a Beatles crossword online if anyone’s interested.

EDIT: After coming back from actually doing it, I now realize that it’s very easy.

I'm Necko.  I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.

I'm also ewe2 on weekends.

Now that I’m home and on a different browser, I can see under the spoiler. These were rather easy, though.
