Covers have been included before.
In which case, we should also mention their take on Dinah Washington’s version of September in the Rain at the Decca audition.

What five Beatles songs (not counting songs recorded before Love Me Do ) feature a guitar part that was not played by John, George, and or Paul.
Maybe you should try posting more.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps (lead guitar by Eric Clapton, with George’s acoustic, Paul’s guitar doubling during the verses, and John’s Casino rhythm), Across The Universe (unknown, with John’s acoustic and George’s Les Paul), The Long And Winding Road (unknown, with George’s Tele), Free As A Bird (Jeff Lynne, with George and Paul), and Real Love (Jeff Lynne, with George and Paul)

Impressive, limitlesssundyinglove, as I Want You (She’s So Heavy) and A Day In The Life were hard ones (the first being played partially on the rooftop and the latter being played by Paul).

Thanks @sgtpepper63, though I had a hard time remembering whether Savoy Truffle was on Live In Japan or not.

Kinda. It was two takes, but they used Take One. If we’re gonna be loose with our definitions, they also used Take One of I Saw Her Standing There .
