I posted it here previously, nice to know my posts are being read.
I apologize for having read only about 6800 of your posts!
EDIT: Also, I’ve seen people question the attribution of that quote to John Lennon before, and apparently the consensus is that it’s an unknown quote variously credited to various people – most often John, but also Einstein. (Also Norah Jones! Just Googled it.)

@Expert Textpert and I would like to ask him if he wants CAKE!!!
How bad did those blisters on your fingers hurt and for how long?
Do you think of John and George often?
Are all the Beatle Biblers (Forumpudlians) bringing Ringo (or his people) a cake? That was our plan right? And to hopefully not be arrested for a bomb scare.
I would like to ask Ringo, “How did you enjoy eating cake with us?”

Ringo, I know you tour and make new music because you absolutely love to do so. Is there any of the following sentiment wrapped up in the fervor that keeps you going strong?:
People love the Beatles, and you feel a litttle bit of the need (almost like you owe it to the fans) to keep “The Beatles” alive, at least in spirit, as long as you possibly can?
I x-posted this question to Paul (with his name in the question) in his question thread.

When are you free to take some tea with meeee?
(Ringo!! [begin piano interlude])
Just substitute any activity with drinking tea and it’ll do. I just want to hang out with Ringo!

So do I! I can do guitar for “Act Naturally “! And maybe we’ll go on a holiday to the seaside! It’ll be fun!

Ringo, when you write songs are you as anal as Paul is, or do you let musicians come up with their own things sometimes? Example: did you write out the bass part for your song “Step Lightly”, or did you just tell Klaus Voormann “do something cool here, Klaus!” ? The reason I ask, Mr. Starr, is because the bass in that song is quite methodical and its deliberate variations seem scripted.

Even if he would be anal, it’s not like he wrote much after he left the band. And he had 50 years to write as many songs as he wanted!

That’s true thisbirdhasflown, Ringo isn’t really much of a songwriter; more of a dabbler — yet some of the few he has written are gems.

On page nine of the questions for Paul thread
https://www.beatlesbible.com/f…..-9/#p83961
we dreamed up a tour for him in which he would play at some smaller venues and only do songs from his solo career.
Well, now that I’ve seen you rock the joint with your All Starr band (have some apples for that tremendous performance ), I am pumped up to see you more and more.
Would you do a similar tour like the one we asked Paul to do? I’d even help you pick the set list like I did for him.
