DrBeatle said ^you know, I went with the “print-your-tickets-at-home” option because I was so excited to have them in hand, but now I wish I’d had them mailed to me because now I don’t have a keepsake for my scrapbook like I do with all of the other concert tickets I have (including from seeing Paul last summer). A silly thing to complain about, I know, but we’re all Beatles and music fans here!<img

Or you can keep it, cut out the ticket portion of it (since you no longer need the bar code after the concert), and stick in your book. We (my husband and I) keep all our printed tickets and stick them in a mural like with the rest of the tickets. Its your choice though. <img

That was my regret with Outside Lands. But at least that ticket wouldn’t have listed Paul anyway, so I don’t feel as bad. When LA goes on sale for Ringo, though, I will definitely have the ticket mailed to me.

I was thinking of asking the box office if they could mail me a ticket so I’d be able to keep it as a souvenir…I might email them just to ask. Wouldn’t hurt, I suppose!

Just got an email from the venue confirming that they’re sending the tickets to me today. What service! If you want to do the same to get real tickets, just ask, seems to work

Don’t fret. I got real tickets for us.
@Expert Textpert, let us know when your two tickets make it to you in the mail. I don’t have the tracking number with me at work or I’d check to see if they were delivered today. Busting with excitement.

Out of interest, Dr Beatles, did they charge you extra p&p for sending the tickets out? Normally companies add a £ or ££ more for postage than printing at home.
No cost added to ours for getting them via mail.

That’s pretty cool. Nice to hear and not something i’ve come across when buying tickets – maybe the sellers over here , well the ones i’ve used, are a bunch of money grabbers.

Nope, not a dime! Even when I originally ordered them, there was $0 for shipping unless I went with FedEx, THEN it went up to $10. But I can wait 5 days for tickets to a show in JUNE to save $10

Well, they make enough out of that handling fee, they shouldn’t need to charge for shipping. I love when they charge you to print your own tickets.

The venue I’m seeing Ringo at is small enough that the fee per ticket was only $12 or so…when I saw Paul, they tacked an extra $50 onto each ticket and I was ALREADY paying a lot for those!
