This interview just came through on my financial news feed. Appears Ringo won’t be touring in the US for the rest of 2016 including the rumored reunion with Paul at Desert Trip.

From the interview
Why did the Beatles decide to finally make their music available on streaming services?
We’re just moving with the times. When we started with vinyl, and then CDs came out, that was good for us financially, because it wasn’t in the contract. We had to go to CDs in the end. We were pretty late there. We were late to iTunes, too, but went there so you could buy the tracks. Streaming is huge now, so we’re moving on. Who knows what’s going to be next? What’s Kanye West going to think of?
“We’re just going with the times… We had to go to CDs in the end. We were pretty late there. We were late to iTunes, too…”
So not going with the times but more blundering along missing whats going on until its passed by for a few years before finally flopping into a pool of whatever was new eons ago.
Apple.

I was just shown these two excerpts from an interview on Conan, I believe it’s from 2012. I’d love to see this in its entirety (unless this is just part 1 and 2 or something), because I think it’s one of his funniest and it had some stuff in it that I hadn’t heard before. =)
To be or not to be, I don't care
The question is, Are you alive out there?
It don't take brains, Just heart and soul
I think, therefore I rock 'n roll.

Ringo did three interviews for the American magazine People Weekly, one in 1977, one in 1981, and one in 1989. Unfortunately I cannot any PDFs or pages with the interviews which is a real shame, as they look interesting and there is also talk about the subject of whether the Beatles would reunite in the first two.

Hi @SgtPeppersBulldog , you might enjoy this from 1977. If I remember Ringo was a little buzzed for the People interview.

Think this was posted in the News Thread at the time and didn’t make it here, a BBC Newsnight interview with Ringo from September 2017, where – among other subjects – he gives his view on Brexit, “great move,” which shows differing opinions between him and Paul on the subject as, on the same programme recently, he suggested Brexit was “probably a mistake”.

Ringo and Dave Grohl in conversation for Rolling Stone‘s Musicians on Musicians strand. One of the best Ringo interviews in years as it’s just two friends chatting about, mainly, the life of one of them.
You see, two drummers, they’ll blah their asses off forever.

I watched this hour-long interview with Ringo, David Lynch and Henry Diltz today. It’s about Ringo’s new photography book.
I also picked up the book.
