I’ve been looking around for isolated files for a while now, and obviously not hard enough because they’ve been right here at the forum the whole time!!!
These are really cool! Expect a remix!

Now here’s an idea – since this is similar to what George and Giles did, would anybody be interested in a Love II? I really liked the original album and I’d love to hear some more variations since this is highly exploitable. Of course, not everyone would have to edit songs (I’ve tried this meself and I’m not very good at it), but we could all pitch in ideas for mixes and mashups. What do you think?

@MrMoonlight I think they’re coming out with an actual Love 2… I think I heard that somewhere on the forum, but I see what you mean. I just finished a mix that Ill stick a picture to and upload soon. I think there’s a thread for this stuff, so ill find it and post it here.

You may notice that for a lot of the the multitracks, tracks 1 and 2 are basically the same track at a different vocal, as well as tracks 3 & 4, 5 & 6, etc. If you bring all the odd numbered tracks to the far left (as in the first track of each pair) and the even numbered tracks to the right, you end up with a mix that, in many cases, is exactly the same as the original stereo mix besides a few editing differences. This is the case for every song that isn’t part of the original 45 song set that automatically comes with rock band (I think). If you do the same thing for the songs that are part of the original 45 song set, you will usually end up with a very narrow stereo mix sounds different from any other mix.
Also, if you want to isolate instruments, keep in mind that sometimes instruments shift from one track to another. For example, the acoustic guitar in A Hard Day’s Night shifts from tracks 3 & 4 to tracks 9 & 10 during the solo.

All I have to say is THANK YOU for this!
I’m the drummer in a tribute band from Portugal and this means hours of endless fun and accurate information.
After checking this link on wikipedia found out there’s a sng missing, though. It’s “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer “. A shame, but we can’t complain.
Thank you for this.

Joe, this is awesome! I played with these all weekend. I mainly muted everything but Ringo and Paul, and messed around with the channels. Outstanding! I did have a problem with a couple files, IWYSSH and Day Tripper . They convert in Audacity, but no song shows up. Oh well. This is a great find none the less.I always wanted to play the role of
Thanks Joe!
I had the same problem. Day Tripper and I Want You (Shes So Heavy) weren’t opening with Audacity.
I followed the instructions and used Reaper. It worked. Then I extracted all tracks as .ogg files and after that imported them into Audacity. Until here, the size of all tracks was about 95% of the size of the original .mogg file found in the download folder. The problem was when I exported the tracks with Audacity to create only 1 file containing all the 10 tracks. It worked but reduced the ending file to about 1/3 of the original.
If you want these 2 songs, just download them from here: https://www.mediafire.com/fold…..he_Beatles
They will now open with Audacity.
Enjoy!

Really hard. The files are encrypted, and use a higher level of encryption than the other Rock band games, which is why it took 7 months (or something) from release for them to be cracked!
The full set shouldn’t be too difficult to find if you know where to look.

I haven’t tested this because it’s a torrent, but these seem to be the files.

Although Day Tripper will not open up in audacity, it does open up in SONY Vegas.

Audacity can find some mogg files a problem. I was able to open Day Tripper in Vegas video but not audacity. I also found it best to reduce each track by 6 to 10 db.

Don’t know if it’s this torrent or what but the quality seems low and compressed. If the best quality version of these files are like this I recon these “stems” might be leaked from the low quality ones used to make the game. “Apple’s preoccupation with security meant that the high-quality audio “stems” he created never left Abbey Road . If the separated parts leaked out, every amateur D.J. would start lacing mixes with unauthorized Beatles samples. Instead, Martin created low-fidelity copies imprinted with static for the Harmonix team to take back to the States — in their carry-on luggage. They were just good enough to work with until the game coding could be brought back to Abbey Road and attached to the actual songs.” http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/16/magazine/16beatles-t.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0
Anyway fun to listen to things never possible to hear before.
