Just Out Of The Blue I listen to Press To Play in full on YouTube. Now I cant get Talk More Talk out of my head. Please someone help!!To Funny Paper: Looked up the chords and I have to agree its very fun to play along to.
I just did that with Chaos and Creation which is why Jenny Wren got in there.
At least the song in your head is half decent.

Half decent is an understatement. Such a beautiful song. I listened to Chaos and Creation right after Band On The Run , so without that, it’d probably be Jet , which I also love, unlike some people *cough*mmm*cough*

Jenny Wren alright but not one of my faves of Chaos. Too Much Rain , Friends To Go and Anyway are better IMO. However its defiantly stronger than English Tea which I can’t stand.

Be Sharps said “Riding into Jaipur”……..seems like a nod to George, and a good little tune.
Much like Friends to Go.
And Turned Out from NEW
Which is actually my favorite track from NEW. It’s very underrated.

Just gave it a listen Riding into Jaipur, definitely a nod to George. So much going on musically, love it. Love how Paul always pushes his boundaries. Anyone see Chaos and Creation at Abbey Road ? Very cool little documentary. Also just recently heard Arrow Through Me. So unique to his catalog. Beware My Love b-side to Let Em In, nice little rocker. Also I’m Carrying, nice acoustic balled. Realizing many of his b-sides are hidden gems.

Oh yeah, I LOVE Chaos and Creation at Abbey Road . I wish they’d put out the audio from that on an album, the Jenny Wren is great and the last 10 minutes where he builds the song from the ground up is so brilliant. He’s the best musical mind ever. It’s unfair

Totally agree about the awesomeness that is Chaos and Creation at Abbey Road . Wonder if Funny Paper ever watched the rest of it? All Paul fans should watch it, methinks.

Not long after falling head-over-heels in love with Paul, I watched this video. Within a few weeks of that, I got my mom to sit down and watch it with me. Paul’s talent blew her away too. It was an excellent way to introduce him to her.
EDIT:So, yes, even non-Paul fans can benefit from watching this video. That’s where I was going with that story.

Great rocker. I always loved the line “And when I’m gone, I’ll leave my message in my song” – yes he will have!

I’ve been listening to “Appreciate” quite a lot recently. Paul does electronic music better than he thinks, methinks. Don’t think I could listen to an entire album of this sort of thing (but who knows, I’ll give nearly anything a listen), but this one works. It’s catchy.
If you feel like you’re up for an entire album of it, check out Electric Arguments. It’s pretty good, especially Sing the Changes (the ultimate earworm) and Highway.

Best line in the song! Still amazed by some of the gems I am finding by Paul. Any b-side or album track recommendations? Slowly getting through his whole discography but its gonna take a while!

I’d recommend the two I mentioned a post above yours.
Jenny Wren and Friends to Go from Chaos And Creation In The Backyard
Nineteen Hundred Eighty Five from Band On The Run is fantastic. And Calico Skies from Flaming Pie is beautiful, one of my favorites.
