Paul always does George’s song “Something “, but why not do a John song too? Is it because “Here Today ” is a tribute enough? Anyone who knows?

@tkj Paul regularly does John songs. These have included Strawberry Fields, Help !, Give Peace A Chance , and – on the current tour – Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite. Perhaps you’re missing it because they’re all Lennon/McCartney credits.

Oh yes, I totally forgot about “Being for the Benefit of Mr.Kite”. I was aware that he had done John songs on his previous tours but when I thought about it earlier today I couldnt think of a John song he does on this tour. Thanks for answering my question.

Must be disappointing for all those fans who were planning to see him in June but its far more important that Paul recovers fully so i’m glad he’s taking his doctors advice. October isnt too far away and knowing Paul he’ll make it up to you all.
Enjoy the World Cup Paul.

Call me selfish, but I’m kind of glad. Now I can save up a bit to get a ticket. Due to current circumstances I couldn’t go to the show if it was in June. Plus, Paulie needs to get better! Ringo is also schedule to play around here a few days after Paul. Hmmm..a Beatles week.

Too bad AG and Ex Tex about your show getting postponed. My show is actually now the second show next! Hope he plays that one on schedule, and above all hope he feels better.
Yeah, but it is for the best overall for Paul’s health. Ex Tex and I will just let the excitement build.
