Sure! I check his site a few times a week…sometimes less now that the initial coolness of the site has worn off. I’m just waiting for him to announce a show in the US. I got into medical school, so I want to treat myself to some good seats if he comes back here!

Offline He’ll be back, don’t worry Kedame. If he doesn’t do the Deep South, I’d be shocked. He could do the Georgia Dome, Turner Field, etc. Plenty of places. I’m not so sure he’ll do Montreal again, and he’s never done Ottawa, so hopes aren’t high, but with other concerts maybe in the summer, I’ll be fine if Canada isn’t in the cards. And Mith…

Offline Well, the rumor is true : Paul McCartney at Zocalo Capitalino (the heart of our country so to speak) in a free concert on May 10th. It will be broadcasted next day on national TV.
This is the Zocalo. It’s in Mexico City and it’s the main square. Think of the concert Paul had in the Red Square in Moscow.. it’s going to be like that.

Offline I went to Paul’s concert yesterday. It was as fantastic as I expected it. I got a bit emotional because my niece was with me and she cried in many songs. The highlights were My Valentine , The Night Before , Hope of Deliverance, among others. He changed his setlist a lot.
The concert was taped for broadcasting this May 11th. And the concert in Zocalo will be broadcasted on Internet by cocacola.tv.

Offline “Hope of Deliverance” – I’ve always liked that song. Very spiritual. I’m surprised it was never more of a hit; glad he’s playing it in concert.
I’m impressed by the crowd’s knowing the lyrics!

Offline Yesterday , it was … I think I’m going to say it, the most emotional concert I have seen in the history of this country.
Of course to me the concerts in Foro Sol and Azteca Stadium will be special in my life, but watching online Paul and all the 200,000 Mexican singing and screaming with him in the Heart Of The Country .. it was just amazing.
