One of many multi-part McCartney songs. As a whole, this 6 minute song doesn’t appeal to me – but I LOVE the section starting at 45 seconds and ending at 2 minutes.
(I have it set to play that way on my iTunes.) Great, great harmony. Don’t know how he does this so naturally.

The “Who’s the lady?” section is my favorite piece of music in the McCartney cannon, and perhaps is on par with anything he did with The Beatles. It is such a captivating melody, and it carries the song in my opinion.

I agree, it’s a great part of the song. I love the bass line, walking up then walking down over and over.
