London is very easy for me to get to, and I can afford it right now, so I think I'd regret it if I didn't give it a go.

Tickets aren't on sale until Thursday, right? Because apparently there are some available on the website, but it's only for one section of seats and the link doesn't work. I'm so confused!

I think it's great you're going through a phase,

and I'm awfully glad it'll all be over in a couple

of days

London tickets appear to be on sale at Ticketmaster but very specific seats and the process is annoying; some box keeps appearing saying you have left a seat spare so you end up having to buy 3.blue-meanie a-hard-days-night-ringo-6paul-mccartney

If you have the money and easy to get to then its definately worth going. It will be a fantastic time as Paul is always great.

Good luck Keli.

Do NOT, I repeat NOT, wait for general onsale. Get the tickets through PaulMcCartney.com’s presale. Saves time, energy and your stress level. Worked for me twice. I saw him earlier this year again – July 26. God , for a non-nostalgic person, I’m getting a little reflective. And Kedame, I’ll send my Expos cap along for donations – just make sure the cap is returned!

Actually would agree with Mr S. Pauls official site will be the best place to get them and far better to do so asap than wait for the free-for-all to begin.

Haha…thanks SunKing! I would love to camp out in Europe for the months of Nov. and Dec. and just follow the tour…but it ain't gonna happen!

No problem. God , that concert night was perfect, great food, great show, great atmosphere, great everything. I’d take any chance to see him. Kedame, he’ll come your way eventually. I mean, you did call that he would do a UK tour. Look, there’s no one on here I would like to have see Sir Paul more then you (well, maybe Zig, but that’s another story). Look, he’ll come. Although maybe all the great meat places are turning him off! Kedame, have faith. It’ll come, and anyway, it’s not like he doesn’t have the voice still! God , he sounded so great.

Yes, the presales are the best. We got our tickets last year from the American Express presale– my parents got cards just to participate!

Always go for the presale. I got tickets when he came to Cardiff from the presale but left it a couple of hours to see if friends wanted to come. I ended up getting seats about 20 rows back, which was good enough but not amazing. They go so quickly, I wouldn’t want to wait until general release.

I got tickets to the Manchester show! It'll be one year and one day since I last saw him, and I got seats this time rather than standing, so it'll be nice seeing it from a different view. I can't wait! paul-mccartney

Manchester is quite far, but by the time I got through, London and Liverpool were sold out except for the nosebleed seats. I couldn't work out the presale, it wouldn't let me go past the first page. But oh well, I got pretty good seats so I'm happy!

My tickets for the Liverpool gig on 20th December arrived yesterday.

I’d waited 20 years to see Paul play Glasgow and finally got the chance to see him at Hampden Park in June 2010 and then when he announced the “On The Run” tour dates, I didn’t think I would be able to get tickets for London or Liverpool, but I managed to get 2 tickets for the Liverpool gig.  Amazing.  🙂

Yeah, Hampden was great last year (especially as he opened with “Venus And Mars /Rockshow” – which I *love*), and the greatest finale in the world for a Paul gig – “Mull Of Kintyre ” (well, if you're Scottish anyway!).

All I need now is to see Paul in London as I've seen Ringo – who's my favourite – in Liverpool (1992), London (1997) and Glasgow (2011).  😀

I'll try and sneak my camera into the gig – failing that my Blackberry will hopefully come up trumps as it did at Hampden Park.

Yeah, and it was a great night in the Armadillo, apart from being told to put my camera away by over-zealous security. 🙁

I had a work night out that day and was the but of many jokes, but I didn't care as it was the first time Ringo had played Glasgow since the Beatle days, and a dream come true for me.  I've always travelled to see Ringo and always wanted him to play local to me.  🙂
